Superb staff with genuine knowledge and passion for the products. We spent an hour in the showroom last weekend demoing Sonos / Bluesound / KEF / Naim wireless systems and it was enormously helpful and informative. I wish every retail experience was a good as this.

I purchased a Naim speaker from Dean, over the phone. And he was so helpful and knowledgeable that on receipt, I rang him and purchased a second one. He was very polite and it was a pleasure to do business with him. Delivery was prompt. I would certainly recommend Sevenoaks. PS. I use the Naim speaker as a soundbar for my TV however the smaller Naim Qb speaker does link to the main speaker as I thought it would. However, they do link and play together if I’m playing music. I purchased the blue/green covers for the speakers so they look a bit different and trendy!

I called the shop and spoke to Paul about moving on from my previous stereo. after a lot of patience on his part and a lot of discussion, i chose a combination of B&W speakers and Naim kit. I ordered this and all turned up on time. However there was a problem with the Naim streamer and after lots of whatsapp videos and help, it was determined it needed replacing. this was all replaced and dealt with super efficiently. All the way through Paul was super patient, super helpful and gave good advice, in a couple of instances stopping me spend money he did not feel i needed to spend. He also helped me when i managed to get two cables the wrong way round stopping the equipment from working properly, advising again via whatsapp video call. Thank you! Great job. Guy

Paul and his staff in Chelsea are super. I'm a difficult customer; I must have visited Seven Oaks no less than a dozen times before I made a purchase. Each and every time I went in to the shop, I was greeted with a smile and pleasantries. There was absolutely no pressure to encourage me to hurry up and make my purchase. Paul is exceptionally knowledgeable and patient. He is a true professional. His staff has created an environment that is welcoming and helpful in selecting the right equipment. Without reservation, I recommend Paul's shop in Chelsea and will continue to spread the good word to my friends and colleagues. I recently purchased a Denon AVC-4700 AV Receiver from Paul and his team. Excellent advice and service and the unit turned up next day as promised. I used to use Sevenoaks many year ago but found them a bit 'exclusive' – If Paul and his team are anything to go by they are a refereshing change and completely accessible with a great range of product and great expertise. Absolutely delighted – and the Denon is superb too!

Had really great service from the team and Paul in particular. Initially I wanted to try out a new brand as part of a reasonably big hifi and AV change at home. Paul helped me with a demo including bringing in my own speakers. The team were involved in the demo offering helpful insights but not pushing product and giving me some useful opinions. I made a fairly complex order for speakers and amps, we got quickly to a reasonable position commercially and when the order was made, various technical and delivery queries were dealt with quickly. One long order item was made available through some magic from Paul. I had an inevitable issue given the order complexity with some of the kit. This took some time to resolve during the covid lockdown but when he was able, Paul sorted this quickly and practically. So far, very happy with the results. A more neutral controlled sound and simplified usability. Overall I’d say: knowledgeable and friendly, quick to deal with the order and excellent after sales service for a tricky problem. Highly recommended and thanks for your help.

The true test of customer service is when something goes wrong. I bought a pair of speakers and when I unpacked them, found that one was damaged. Paul replaced them as soon as possible. Unluckily for me the second pair ended up being faulty. Once again Paul replaced them without any fuss.

I bought a set of Naim Nova and B&W 805 D3 speakers from this shop at Chelsea, London. I am very happy with the service provided by Paul, I chanced upon this shop via Google, and Paul sounded trustworthy over the phone when I called in to enquire. Eventually, he exceeded my expectation throughout the entire dealing, not only in terms of price but quality and most valuable service. He gave me honest and professional advice on the various options I first had in mind, including those systems that are not carried in the shop. (This is a vast difference compared to few other shops I went to who were pushy and bias towards their own products). Paul is patient and helpful in the couple of auditions I had and he is passionate about quality sound and music too. He further assisted me promptly in numerous emails enquires. I also appreciate Paul in his own quiet way upgraded the Chord speakers cables befitting the system at no cost from me. The shop provides full VAT refund service, Paul was super expeditious in completing the refund within 3 days. That is simply the best I come across. I have this system for a week now and I am enjoying it to the fullest. Overall, this is what I delighted most about the shop - a high end HiFi shop that gives me the home coming comfort and trust. Very knowledgeable honest and passionate staff who are not trying to rip you off, which is what you want when buying good products. Paul the manager is doing a great job. Top notch group of people here. I stopped by in August looking for a way to upgrade my hifi. I had my eyes on a £600 NAD amp which I’d read up on before coming in. We agreed to do a sound test against my current Teac the following week and they gave me a few more ideas to run with. I came back and did the side by side. The sales guys agreed that my Teac sounded pretty good next to their recommended upgrade model. They actually talked me out of spending the money. Nevertheless, we discussed what options would work and they gave me a lot to read about and explore. I came back in October to test the NAD C368 and C388 and it really opened my eyes to what true hifi can accomplish. I bought the latter because why not. So chapeau to the sales team for sticking with it and giving clear guidance based on my feedback and desired soundstage. Overall a very good experience and even my spouse agreed the upgrade was worth it. Thanks to all, especially Paul. 🤘

I needed a turntable ordered to arrive in time for my husband's birthday and they got it to me even when it seemed that it wouldn't be possible and then spent 15 minutes on the phone talking me through the correct set up as we couldn't make it work. Where to start, customer care is fantastic. They help me to set up my ac-receiver, and guide me through it. Went there yesterday cos I have no idea when it comes to technology and I couldn't believe the level of customer service.
