The shop, lovingly arranged over several rooms and a couple floors, offers a varied, eclectic selection of items for all budgets, from small gift ideas to designer furniture and luxury products. Be warned: browsing leisurely may lead to serious buyer envy and the occasional impulse purchase.

Amazing place, full of extraordinary objects but be prepared to spend a great amount of money. Amazing limited edition pieces are certanly worth the money, a basic Fabriano watercolour set at 150£ for sure it's not.

Lovely as always full of eclectic pieces of designer furniture and fittings. Some clothes too but dont bother. I find their beauty (more like fragrance diffusers etc) amazing. Niche brands galore. Prices are high so wait for the sale. I think for the range it is a fairly good shop to start, when you want to furnish your home. But price around before you commit. E.g. I wanted a FLOS floor lamp. The salesman said there was no stock so he called the supplier. Well, I waited and waited and eventually he said stock in 3 weeks! What? So I googled FLOS and found another supplier. Bingo. Same price but I got it in 3 days.

Beautiful and wide collection of furniture, furnishing and household ware. The designs are not run of the mill, which is a plus. I love that the items are displayed in a very tasteful manner and makes you feel like you want to buy everything. Great for gifts as well!

Amazing shop for the actual products. However from now on it will be a place I go to for ideas and shall never buy again there. They insisted on double-charging us for delivering a couch; to a ground floor flat. Their “logistics department” is somehow too lazy to bother getting it in through the huge window Sofa Workshop easily brought our previous one in through. So, while they were good enough - after wasting several weeks - to find another delivery company that is worthy of that description and whom we’re happy to pay, they refused to drop the £60 charge for their own delivery company who don’t actually want to deliver. We’ve decided it will be the last few quid they ever make from us. Incompetent and greedy. UPDATE: the second delivery company says they will bring the couch in through the door!! Why couldn’t Conran’s logistics department?!? Even more outrageous they wouldn’t waive their own delivery fee for not doing it themselves. Down to 1 star review. Customer service there is venomous and over-entitled.

Great array of contemporary and classic design items. There's a specific themed section for every room of your house but the best ones are definitely lighting and homeware... You'll have to invest a couple of hours of your time the first time that you visit it. Unfortunately the prices can't compete with other suppliers. On the positive side, a selection of surprisingly good (currently) unknown labels and a few (pricy) exclusive items.

A mecca for design. Terence Conran's spiritual home is a great place to visit for a browse amongst the design classics and to shop for the home. There are products at all price points but don't get too carried away or you'll spend a lot.

"the place to go for a game of ""fantasy furnishing""! it's easy to forget that this is a shop, as a lot of the furniture also appears in museums of great design. a lot of the larger pieces are outside most people's budgets (or at least most people i know), but there are plenty of more affordable items on offer - the skeuomorphic drinking vessels are great fun!"
