Went here to buy wedding bits & bobs which were in stock but annoyingly couldn’t locate anything as the staff were clearing the shelves and restocking for the next season & had no clue where anything was. Will just order online next time

A pretty wide range of house, gardening, work appliances and items, and overall used to be my go-to place for the majority of products. However they've changed their store product disposition and it's so so confusing to find things now within the difference aisles. There's also something lacking, loads of shelves with basically no products, or just a few available, which isn't helpful. Finally, for certain categories of products (for example bathroom soaps/shampoos/bath bombs and the like) they used to have a pretty great variety, nowadays it's really scarse and it's sad to see that. Nevertheless a very good option when you need to get house stuff, if you're lucky that day...

Exactly what you should expect. Exceptional staff. Very well laid out even with the Iceland store inside aswell. You get 3 hours free parking no returns within 4 hours not bad i think brilliant store and prices not bad either

Great access and easy free parking. The shopping centre itself is a bit depressing. Big store with a really wide range of stock from kids toys to food and lighting. Can sometimes be a bit under stocked, the quality of some of the goods is quite low.

I go often as I live locally the Iceland on site is a great addition to The Range.
Need to improve the amount of cashiers. Especially as most of the time Customer services end up as a till during peak times plus one regular till open. So the queue can be a bit big. On the other hand missing the lively guy that used to be in customer services! Shout out to him and hope to see him back again.

First time going to this store and I was so so pleased we went inside. Great store with so much to see. We went here for the arts and crafts and we were blown away at the massive selection and the great prices. The section literally has something for all levels of craftsmanship which is amazing. Staff were super friendly and also very helpful. Great store.

Good shopping experience today. Lots to choose from and so many beautiful accessories available to make your home feel more homey. Customer service was good and social distancing was practiced at this shop and hand sanitizer given before Entering store. All basket cleaned as well before shopping.

Has most stuff that you wouldn't expect needing in terms of tools and fixings. Not a great gardening section, doesn't have planter pots and stuff, only a few large ones. The layout of the store has changed at least 3 or 4 times in the past half a year which is so confusing.

I love this shop and it's range of home and arts and craft items and its pretty cheap to and some home decor items are lovely. Their arts and craft range had things like acrylic paints, yarn and needles, ribbon, artsy games? And activity boxes such as make your own perfume, they also have things like craft wire, button, and modelling clay and much more, sadly when i went recently they didn't have as much stock but they do normally have lots. Definitely recommend coming here for any diy arts and craft lover or looking for some canvases or frames that have that too

I really enjoyed browsing here, there was a very good range of products, they even had a good range of Dulux paint which was cheaper than in B&Q by about £3 per 5lt pot. I was quite surprised that they had a very large range of products for the home including mirrors, lampshades, DIY products, frames, Vacuum cleaners, power tools, fans, storage boxes, pictures, kitchenware, electrical kitchen tools and food. All the prices seemed very reasonable, and some of the prices seemed like bargain prices. They had a good selection of large mirrors too. A few of the products looked a bit cheaply made but not many.
The social distancing measures were difficult to implement though because the aisles were narrow. When I arrived in the store an assistant sprayed my hands with an odourless disinfectant, but I didn't see many signs on the floor but they had a number of social distancing notices in the aisles though.
I will definitely be coming back to visit.
