I call him over the weekend and we talked through the issue I was having and he explained the most likely solution, prices and his fees should he deem the machine unrepairable. All very reasonable and he came over the next day. He took care not to damage any of my flat (as it had just been renovated) and repaired the inner drum seal perfectly and did a thorough test to ensure no leaks anywhere. Highly recommended.
