Really lovely and quality products for home decor. The atmosphere was nice.

Went in to get some diffusers for our home. The process was painless for me but due to the new corona regulations the employees had to spray each smell (there are about 25 from what I could tell) on to perfume testers for each customer to try. The poor shop assistant was visibly stressed as she had to do the tills and at the same time spray perfume testers for multiple people. I don’t know how but there should be a better solution for this.

This year's collection is pretty sad and boring. Autumn like colours and prints. Last year's collection was very nice. Colourful and lively. Just what one needs to wake up and cheer up on a dreary Monday Morning. Redirect your colours, Zara Home!

Zara Home sells some of the most amazing household fragrance. Staff were extremely helpful, which is great at these busy last minutes Christmas shopping period!

Love Zara Home products. But the queue can be long and service can be slow. During busy period, people move the items around and leave them in the wrong place. So staff should put everything back for customers to be able to find. There’s a large selection of cushions and duvet covers and pillow cases. I think a lot of people also buy candles or air fresheners from Zara Home. Upstairs, you’ll also find a lot of household items such as glasses or cutleries.

3 floors to peruse. They have quite a decent selection and a section of reduced items from the previous season. Staff are friendly and most helpful. You can order items that they don’t have in stock.
