Booked online, appointment following day. Got a call to ask if they could come earlier than booked as they were ahead of time. They arrived promptly. Very friendly quick to start the job. All done with no mess in a very hot kitchen. Will be recommending them to my friends. 100% satisfied. Will definitely be using again for any future appliance issues.

My initial enquiry was on Monday 23/05/22, I was referred to the online booking system which is excellent, user friendly and offers a decent Time frame/window of when they're available. By Tuesday 24/05/22 both Donna and Matt were in my Kitchen diagnosing the issue with our grill element. Very swift and professional. Both were engaging, professional and were kind enough to entertain a very inquisitive 2 year old child! The repair was completed Thursday 26/05/22, again both were very organised and professional. I would happily recommend their services.

It was really lovely to see an extremely knowledgeable female engineer who is very efficient, thank you Donna ☺️ The out of hours online booking system is a great plus with this business, I didn’t have to waste time calling around for availability or waiting on a call back, very easy to use as well. Donna and Matt are very reliable, friendly and, in the midst of this pandemic, very COVID secure. They had their masks on, bought their own sanitizer and made sure that anything they came into contact with was thoroughly cleansed before leaving. Highly recommend this company. Thank u both
