It got better recently. Before you had to wait forever for the collection even you were the only customer inside.

Had to bring and item back here to return after a wasted trip to weeden road branch, the manager there refused to take it back. No problem at St. Peter’s square manager really helpful and apologetic. Brilliant customer service

Wasn't looking forward to having to collect a item from the store under the so called lockdown arrangements but they were really well organized, was away with item in under 5 minutes, the young lady I dealt with on the door was absolutely superb well done Argos Northampton!

The staff are always so lovely and helpful. it would just be nice if there was more of them...seems a bit pointless to me that you got like four new tills but from what I've seen never employed anyone to run them...so the ques are still just as long... my experience of online shopping as been really good top. £3.95 for same day delivery? can't fault it.

It's big and usually fairly quiet in here which is nice if you're not a fan of crowds, however the staff are ridiculously slow. Ive worked in retail for years and I'm not sure how they get away with just standing around. I saw a queue of about 10 people build up because the 2 girls behind the counter were just wandering around. I appreciate that sometimes the items don't come from the warehouse all that fast, and that can't be helped, however they were taking items off of the conveyer belt, putting them on the shelves and just leaving them there. I've definitely been to better Argos'!

Large retail shop Northampton that holds stock behind counter in there warehouse. Ordering is by a catalogue number and paid for in advance. Staff are helpful and the waiting is usually not long to get your items.
