Gold Appliances were excellent for me. My washer dryer broke down and I needed a replacement, the staff were helpful and met me at their showroom. Good range of brand new products and info I needed was provided. My purchase delivered and installed by them within half an hour, also my old item was taken away. I would highly recommend anyone who requires any large domestic appliances to check this place first, they have all types of washing machines, cookers, fridges etc at very good prices with guarantees, always good to support local business.

Bought a lovely fridge at a discount price with one tiny scratch. They were super helpful, delivered within an hour to my home and even took it up some very steep stairs for installation. Update: Small problem with the fridge I bought. Engineer coming out under the warranty but that leaves us with 4 days with no fridge/freezer. Phoned Gold appliances to ask if he had anything I could rent off him for a few days whilst waiting. He brought another fridge freezer round for us to use free of charge for the few days we would have been without. Outstanding service. Amazing attention to his customers which is so sadly lacking in many businesses. Can’t recommend this company enough. 6out of 5 stars!

We bought a graded fridge freezer from the company, which was a very good price. We have had some not so good experiences with graded products so we spent a bit of time checking out the company before we finally called about the appliance. When I called to ask about the condition, the marks, damage, guarantee etc the owner was more than happy to call back on WhatsApp and show everything we wanted to see on video, which was really helpful. We decided to go ahead and arranged delivery. They delivered it three days later and the communication about the time was really good. On delivery it was fully wrapped in protective bubble wrap, which was good to see as the front is stainless steel which could be easily marked This fridge freezer is big and only just went through the three doors.They spent around 30 mins getting it into the kitchen to where we wanted it. Nothing was too much trouble. Unlike previous experiences with online retailers we got a proper receipt so we can register the guarantee. Overall, the fridge freezer was a good price, delivery was at a reasonable rate, quick and very well managed, and the seller was very helpful, honest and friendly. In short it was a good experience and we would go back to them again if we're looking for another appliance.

I would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for appliances. We recently moved to this city and had to get a fridge ASAP and the gentleman here really helped us out. We got a brand new fridge (with manufacture warranty) at an excellent price and with moving being expensive this helped us cut some costs without compromising on quality. It was delivered to our home swiftly and safely. 10/10!
