A. m.Absolute sublime service. Cooker wouldn't heat up. Called Jonathan who happened to be near by. Arrived 20 minutes later, replaced cooker element and out the door in less than 20 min. Also had a great chat while he was working...highly recommend.
J. B.Delighted with the service. Had a gas grill on my cooker that didn't stay lit. Seemed like a thermocouple issue. Called Jonathan and as I lived near to where he was already doing a job, he came round within the hour. Very pleasant to deal with and did the job in half an hour which turned out not to need a thermocouple, so I made a saving, and his price for the job was fair. Can't ask better than that.

While he was there I asked him to fix a loose oven door which he did. In summary, polite, prompt, efficient and honest. Definitely recommended.

Jonathan was easy to contact, arranged a convenient date and completely transformed my slightly ageing dishwasher. He gave me really helpful advice about the best way to use and maintain it and even if I get a few more months usage it was definitely worth the £66. I would have no hesitation in calling Jonathan again.

A. S.How impressive is this man! I haven't met anyone like Jonathon that has such integrity and honesty in a long, long time and its so refreshing. Not only had he diagnosed my issue in minutes, his charges are very reasonable. Let me elaborate, I don't use my dishwasher that often, but when I do, its in earnest! Filled the beast Saturday night and put it on. Sunday morning when I went to empty it, it was full of water and not very clean items. I baled the poor thing out, dismantled the filter and found it to be clean so I assumed the pump was blocked / jammed. Monday morning around 0800hrs, I called Jonathon's mobile and got straight through to him. To my surprise, he said he'd be there in about an hour and a half and guess what? He was. That alone is impressive, normally when people tell you that, they pitch up 4 hours later. Bit of diagnosis and it turns out the spigot on the waste pipe was blocked (and had originally been fitted in the wrong position). Jonathon cleared the blockage and suggested the waste pipe be moved to the correct spigot so it wouldn't happen again which he duly did. He was completely upfront about the costs and told me at the very start there would be a call out fee (which I won't put here because if somebody reads this in five years time, it wouldn't be current, this is 3rd September, 2019). All in all, I was charged just the call out fee, nothing else, and he was here for around half an hour. Super impressive, local, reliable company that I have no problem recommending to everyone. When I next need an appliance repaired, Jonathon will be that man.
