My mother in law couldn’t get her oven to work so she phoned up to book an appointment, she spoke to a lovely gentleman who asked if she turned the cooker off at the wall, she said yes…the gentleman then explained over the phone what she needed to do to get the oven working again. No call out fee, just a bit of friendly, professional advice given over the phone. Thank you, excellent service and very much appreciated.

I had Julian round this morning with a strange request, all I wanted was my door taken of and glass removed so I could give it a good clean, not being confident enough to do it myself. What an honest and helpful business....... Called because the grill on our oven was causing the consumer unit circuit breaker to cut out. Brilliant diagnosis and advice over the phone - we have just moved in and the house had been empty for a few months. Apparently the grill elements can absorb water causing our problem, ran the oven to dry them out and now the grill works without tripping the consumer unit. Clearly very knowledgable and brilliant customer service. Would be my first port of call if any problems in the future.
