Reviews of The Range
M. M.
First time here was earlier this month. Pleasantly surprised as they have a little bit of everything and it is reasonably priced. Similar to QD and Roy's. Large santitising table upon entry. Best time to go was 7pm on a weekday/Saturday. No queues, not too many people (could social distance and see products) and staff were a bit more pleasant.
Small cafe with 2 toilets inside store (towards the garden plants).
J. H.
As you walk in you are greeted by a very friendly atmosphere. The staff couldn't have been more helpful if they tried.
A brilliant selection of so many different items, all of very good quality, and at a very reasonable price. It's not a wonder you want to keep coming back.
G. P.
Good range of products at decent prices, shame about the parking. Literally zero parent/child spaces and the standard spaces aren't big enough to get kids out of the vehicle safely. We don't have a big car either, medium suv.
W. W. T.
Plenty of parking and a huge range of products at reasonable prices. Noticed a parking warden patrolling yesterday and someone received a ticket for parking across 2 spaces. Part of a large shopping area with something for everyone, easily accessible from the A47, there is a very large Sainsbury on site too and a petrol station.
d. p.
Plenty off choice, although some staff standing around, couldn't fault Jamie who works here, always so helpful! Today for example help carry a item to the car and even helped pack it! Great customer service from him like always when I shop here!
P. K.
I could spend all day in The Range, it's like an adult sweet shop. I love everything in there. Great escape place, makes me happy to spend my money.
S. D.
Spent 2 and a half hours browsing the huge shop.only problem it was very hot inside.
Came out with lots of goodies that some went in for and others that I did not realise I could not live without
Cafe a bit of a disappointment.
j. t.
Have been couple of times recently and have been disappointed that they are still shuffling all the products around & reconfiguring the store. Less variety of alot of items to especially crafting goods.
s. r.
A lot of amazing stuff prices are very reasonable everything you could think of to do a home up loved walking around browsing
L. W.
An amazing selection of almost anything you could want for home, garden, leisure, pets and more.
From furnishings and furniture, crafting and cooking, decorating and DIY, toys for your children and pets. Stroll around the store at your leisure. There are good wide aisles giving easy access plus competitive prices. Don't plan for a quick trip, there is so much to see and plenty of choice. If you've shopped until you've dropped, there's even a cafe. Plus (accessible) customer toilets.
Pick your time though, the store does tend to get busy. Hopefully the new, fairer, queuing system at the checkouts will help. Lots of free parking outside, with some dedicated disabled bays.
N. S.
Very helpful staff , clean and tidy store with a large range of products easy to find and at a very reasonable price .
R. G.
The range is a huge shop- fabulous choice and almost everything you need. Has a cafe and toilets and loads of parking. Plant quality is good and if you visit you could loose hours in there!
R. S.
Just went for a look around, bought some new car mats, and a Cross stitch kit.
E. A.
Found exactly what we were after plus some unexpected bargains. Reasonably priced and a wide selection. Great if you're crafting, looking for some home inspiration or storage options.
D. O.
Lovely store. End up spending more than I intend to everytime I come in. They seem to have things that you don't realise you need until you see it! My most recent vist was yesterday with my two children, we used the cafe they too. The staff at the cafe were lovely and very helpful.
S. M.
Good quick shopping but lots of stuff moved around so some difficulty to locate the goods I needed.
R. W.
I always enjoy coming to the range they have a large array of almost everything and most of it is really good quality plus there's lots of space to spread out not feel like your hounded by other people, staff have always been nice to me and one lady always remember me which I find nice 😊
p. D.
Not to busy, didn't have what we wanted but a nice visit friendly staff
K. C.
Love the range. Can't wait to see changes when alterations complete. Shame not enough walls in my house to hang all the pictures I'd like to buy!!!!
L. M.
It was Saturday afternoon and extremely busy, but the staff managed to get the ques down real quick.
This store is huge one of the biggest I have been to. They have a cafe and now a huge selection of food which I think is a mini Iceland.
K. B.
Range is not what I remember it used to be. High prices on everything and truly, not that great of a choice in any of their departments. The location is good, the parking superb, and easy. Anything else is overpriced comparing even to the supermarket prices.
a. b.
Everything you'll ever want for fishing .amazing amount of tackle equipment and baits
A. C.
A bit of confusion from staff as to were some stock was now housed due to being moved for the Iceland freezers but other then that all was good ,a good range of items and very well priced
R. M.
Love the range. They have a huge range of produce way good prices and quality and now, with Iceland located in there as well, I find myself going there more often.
C. F.
Very well stocked, plenty of choice, eating place, outdoor garden centre, new Iceland freezer area.well staffed checkout
J. B.
Good range of items selection of goods, at reasonable prices
Only thing can fault never find a member of staff when you want one, also same with tills all those till maybe 2 been used, whole queue of people, why tills not all been used n where are all the staff in & though out the store
M. K.
Love this shop always full of nice stuff always worth a visit.
A. P.
Didn't have what I wanted assistant I asked didn't have a clue the cafe had virtually run out of food at 1400 hrs and the Iceland that has been crowbared into the store looks completely out of place
S. B.
Huge store selling a wide range of products. Starting to feel like the quality of a lot what they sell has gone downhill though. A lot of “tat”! Store is looking very tired and dated too. On the plus side, it’s good for a mooch round and there are bargains to be had.
L. L.
This branch at longwater in Norwich has so much choice!! Lovely things. We took some wallpaper samples. But there wasn't so much stock or choice of paints. We will come back because I'd prefer to buy here than online if possible.
g.
Whilst all of my order was collected, it took 3 of your helpful staff to direct me to the obscured furniture desk to collect. I was exasperated by constant reminders after my shopping on-line was accepted & paid for. The advice that my order was ready to collect took an inordinate period of time. I will be taking this into consideration should I chose to shop on-line in the future. I deliberated when I saw a delivery charge made, surely this was not necessary?
I. G.
The store is nice and big with a good range of items along with a pet section and a garden centre. There is also a restaurant. The only complaint I have is that the main toilets have been permanently closed meaning that there are only 2 disabled toilets near the cafe for the whole store. This means there is always a queue at peak times. Other than that this is a nice store.
p. h.
It's a huge store with pretty much everything including an Iceland frozen food section
D. P.
They sell great stuff including picture frames. Loads of parking and wasy to get too. Staff are always helpful too
B. C.
Huge range of goods
(Hence the name I guess 😄!!!) But so many things to check out and sensible prices.
S. H.
Excellent we were looking for garden furniture and the manager and a lovely young lady helped us sorry don't know her name but both we're amazingly helpful
F. C.
Great variety but currently a bit confusing walking in parts of the store due to renovation. Prices also not as competitive as before.
L. B.
Visited on 5 th April 2022 Kerri gave excellent customer service, very knowledgeable and all with a smile. Very happy with purchase and overall visit
M. F.
Huge selection of products at reasonable prices.
O. L.
A longwater staple for anything that you might need. It's got everything from stationary, crafts to furniture and a garden centre. It's always a stop when there is something I need for the house, and usually has what you need in some form or another. Prices are always really reasonable, and they now supply kitchens on top of everything else so well worth a visit!
C. B.
Lovely lady on customer service.
Really good bargains.
R.
Pleased to find Posca paint pens sold here. The craft section is improving slowly.
J. C.
Nice shop, lots of nice snacks, being revamped, worth a visit.
H. W.
It's OK, sells the usual house stuff, animal stuff garden stuff an only get there mind if you have a car or someone takes you
B. M.
Very friendly and helpful staff, prices are good as well.
L. M.
I brought a lovely wipe clean table cloth. I could have brought quite a few things as there is so much choice. Always reasonable prices too!
R. C.
Always have what you want and more! Never leave without a good bargain too! Staff friendly as always!
M.
Pretty big store, lots of variety and for my visit at least, really quiet. Lots of staff wearing masks and hand sanitiser around the store. The onsite toilets though were like a crime scene though, leavings everywhere but the intended place. If you need to use the facilities, I suggest getting a coffee at the local Costa and using theirs instead.
S. B.
Stopped on the off-chance of getting some bits to brighten up my home it was well worth the visit and will return for more .
J. W.
Can pick up some pretty decent bargains there, and even better now Iceland is inside too!
A. S.
The biggest Range we've ever been in! I'm glad I took my mobility scooter; it was huge.
M. R.
The cafe was not great . The chairs was falling apart . The food was not nice to eat . If you have coffee with cream you have to pay for it
J. T.
Refurb, good selection, long ques but speedy staff :)
G. T.
Wide range of products with a good selection. Also has cafe for a coffee stop.
R. P.
Great big store well stocked and good wide range of everything you need for the home. Friendly staff, easy to parking
D. J. I.
Pop in most weekends for DIY accessories, hard and soft landscaping items and home ware goods. Some really good deals. Free parking. They have a superb garden area which is packed with flowers, plants, trees, plant pots, patios, wood, fencing and statue's. They also have a handy restaurant selling coffee, 🍕 and other hot or cold sandwiches. Pop in, I'm sure you will love it.
L. S.
My favorite place on Norwich! I like it very much.. it is wide place rich with different types of things from food to library tools, finally with all home needed
G. S.
Friendly staff always come out with more things than I intended to buy. Reasonably priced lots of variety of items to buy
H. M.
Great items in stock with plenty of choices
J. B.
Got everything we wanted to refresh our lounge and bedroom. Spent £350 on soft furnishings. After two hours shopping we were horrified to see a queue of about 50 people at the tills. Need not of worried as a manager was managing the queue. I guess we waited max 5 mins. I've waited longer in McDonald's. Very happy with purchases and service.
t. d.
It's an OK sorting shop, never really have what you need and seem to have got very expensive
D. G.
An easy affordable go to for all your needs any room in the house or even garden
R. B.
Always able to find things good stock and well presented staff on checkout bright and cheery the garden plants section was not as well stocked as normal
K. A.
The biggest Range I have ever visited, big store with great stock, on a massive relatively new retail park, great shopping experience 👍
R. H.
Plenty of low cost craft materials. A great range of different products, including gardening, pet, toys etc. Don't expect top quality, but OK to browse for gifts.
N. M.
Beautiful shop, you can find everything dere.
N. F.
Hadn't been in here for years, very different to how I remember it. It had kind of a warehouse feel to it almost. We didn't go in for specifics and were pleasantly surprised by the 'range' of goods here... Prices were as expected, just kind of in the middle.
J. L.
They sell good products and great services
M. M.
Always have what I need and great value for money and helpful staff
J. C.
Visited The Range today. The Christmas displays were great. The staff must work extremely hard to set these up whilst still keeping the rest of the store displays great.
Went early to avoid the crowds.
L. R.
Stock is generally good quality. Large range. Prices are reasonable. Has improved in recent years. Staff friendly and super helpful. Some specific hardware items out of stock... but let's assume that's covid related!?
p. e.
Great place to grab a bargain, and Iceland is incorporated in there too!!
F.
All round good value and it's a bit like woolworths used to be. Not as good with iceland instore, too cramped. Even worse at check outs & car park. Till staff very unhelpful when queried a price difference from the ticket to the scanned price. Had to check myself as too much effort to get it checked himself.
R. T.
Big store, good parking, can get a bit busy at times, staff always helpful, small restaurant Costa coffee, and food, has outdoor gardening centre, worth a visit if you haven't been before.
H. B.
Very good value products lots to see and helpful staff very pleasant young man serving behind the tills a real credit to the store. Plenty of social distancing in place and lady at door advising people to use hygienic products before entering the store. Disabled parking available but could be in short supply if a busy time. Advise to get their early in the day.
T. L.
The range was at the stage of having cleared all of their summer goods.
Empty shelves and a massive empty space in the middle of the shop ready for the autumn season.
Loads of pallets of goods sat in blocked off areas waiting to be put out into these empty spaces.
It is mid August and I would say that by the end of the month the store will be filled again.
s. J.
Love this place so big and lots of lovely thing's 😊
n. e.
Lookin a bit empty. The plants need a good watering.
s. c.
Had what I needed and more friendly staff.
S. M. M.
I LOVE THIS PLACE!! It honestly has everything you will need from the stationary, to the bedding, to some food, to mirrors, to paints and fabrics .. and so much more !! I recommend if you live close or near to Norwich as the drive is only 14 minutes long from the city
S. A.
I was looking for a nest of tables and a coffee table. I found the coffee table but no nest of tables a lovely young lady called Erin works in the furniture went to have a look for me. So I choose a different style
Coffee table was really heavy so the cashier called for assistance. It was Erin again she helped me to my car
Absolutely star deserved recognition . A lovely and friendly young lady.
N. A.
Great cafe, plenty to look at, good prices
C. R. R.
Brilliant store they have a wide range of products only objections I have is they have don't sell multipack Christmas cards which they should add to there collection of products it is a great item to sell during the Christmas period as many people buy them also the trolly situation is quite annoying either you juggle your stuff to your car or you take the trolly with you to your car then go back to the exit or entrance just to put it back and end up getting stuck in the people coming coming into the store or leaving
S. B.
The shop itself is very good and Carrie's a wide range of goods, we devided to have a coffe and tea cake while there, coffe was good, we watched the tea cake be put in toaster and was told they would bring it over....... fine......10 mins. passed and we hadnt got them, so went to see where they were, finally they were delivered to the table, barely warm, and hard round the edges, we ate it as we had waited so long but probably wont go again.
S. M.
It has such a variety of stock. From sweets to furniture to garden items to material. So many different items. And now an Iceland which is fantastic.
C. K.
Always like The Range tho was v surprised to see Halloween themes in the front windows-middle of Aug! Don't ever comlain again about Xmas things in stores for 2 months! Helpful staff(as always)
A. B.
Totally one of the best 'Ranges' I've shopped in. Good garden products. Always have a peep at the budget fishing tackle on offer. Easy access toilets. Cafe, but wasn't open this visit @ 16:30 Tues (COVID maybe). Simply a vast range of products on offer, with hard to beat pricing.
J. “. T.
I really like the Range of things stocked here. Reasonable quality at good prices. Staff are a bit hit and miss, mostly friendly and helpful but occasionally very rude. A very useful shop
M. B.
A small majority of the staff are some of the most professional people. The rest are somewhat unhelpful and can be rude. It's okay for what it is
A. H.
If you are into arts, crafts, DIY or home design then this shop is a treasure trove. You can pretty much buy all the basics for a new home or start a new creative hobby. It also has a basic haberdashery with a reasonable selection of materials, and sells a variety of gift ideas, toys, pet items, and has a garden centre attached. I think the prices are quite reasonable too - very competitive and not outdone by the internet.
D. H.
Got all my house stuff but everything went wrong. Was buying a lovely sofa from the range but I had to cancel and ask a refund. The staff was out standing so polite and very professional. But my next house I get I will be reordering that sofa.
P. R.
It's a very big housewares and gardening shop.!!!
C. W.
I have always loved this store as there is such a wide and varied choice of product lines, including garden, furnishings, furniture and all else you can imagine for the home, family and garden. Plus, toys and art / creative lines for all ages.
The store is usually very well stocked, although some lines seen online and badged "in store only" aren't always available in store, but I wouldn't be surprised if they could order it in - if asked.
There is a cafe serving hot food, plus toilets; great for long shopping visits!
Finally, staff are, in my opinion, consistently always friendly and very helpful across the 5 years I've been popping in, and this has contributed positively towards my experience as a customer. x
D. H.
Lots of choice, seasonal goods on sale
a. w.
Staff are very nice . Cafe is very expensive though
D. “. M.
Sells a great range of products from home accessories and furniture to plants and kids toys. Staff are very friendly and helpful. Huge car park with disabled parking and great accessibility for disabled.
Z. N.
Excellent array of goods. Always stocks the latest seasonal goods. Store could be cleaner, Customer toilets are grotty.
Staff helpful when advice or questions need answering.
M. d.
I love the Range, I could spend days in there. They sell a range of products which are good quality. The prices a bit too high on some products, such as paints/brushes, bedroom furniture, etc.
M. V.
Came in for some art supplies for my daughter, left with bundles of good quality and value equipment. Queued to pay, but every till was opened in a speedy fashion.
A. M.
Great wide selection of all types of goods, very friendly and helpful staff, nothing was too much trouble
T. P.
Lovely store and the stuff are nice and helpful
S. S.
Shame they got rid of their reptile section 😢
S. C.
A great place for home ware and seasonal bargains
B. W.
Meet a young lady called kaya who could not have been nicer or more helpful
a. d.
Very well stocked, always changing the range of items. Queues do build up quickly but there are enough tills to help with this. Toilets are okay. Overall cleanliness is very good
R. P.
All I can say is my wife loves this store, going back today.
g. g.
Find the shop daunting , too much stuff under one roof
J. H.
The journey was made longer by road works on the A47 but was made up by going in the Range!! You name it they have it a restaurant which was open till 4pm we missed it!! To busy with shopping.
A good day out easy to find and there is other shops like Next Boots just to name 2.
L.
Fairly clean and stocked well, could do with a tidy up though
s. S.
Frist time I was there and I thought it was good will be going to the new one in gt yarmouth
H. E.
Can be ok at least busy periods but i find their return policy isn't great so i don't tend to visit much anymore id rather go to B&M where they don't quibble . I also find them a tad expensive compared to other discount stores
M. F.
Nice Christmas selection now and good choice of furniture too. Otherwise you can get pretty much everything you need for the house and garden.
j. w.
Lovely lady in haberdashery sorted out a return for me and solved an expensive mistake
M. B.
Plenty to see lovely cafe to chill.. only problem I found was the toilets need to open both toilets again people not happy about queuing for a long time..but part from that good experience..
G. H.
A great shop if you are interested in christmas lights, a great big selection. A wide variety of picture frames, a lot of mine are from the range. You can also get duvets, lamps, arts and crafts and office furniture. There are also toilet facilities as well as a cafe. I think this is a great shop as it is full of variety.
R. B.
Store being changed around inside, bit of a mess.
C. B.
Large store.
Very well laid out & plenty of stock
Huge variety of items
Excellent prices.
j. g.
This shop is great for lots of stuff, home decor, crafts, Christmas decorations, gifts, garden. Love to shop here!
L. C.
Great range (get it) and some real bargains there. We love the products and quality is good. The service is friendly and helpful on the shop floor and customer service; less consistent on check out but they are incredibly efficient. I love the craft and furnishings sections but the best value we've had is the furniture and toilet roll. It gets really busy at weekends so we avoid it and go during the week when it's quieter - much more pleasant!
d. c.
Absolutely superb excellent range of goods plenty of staff no waiting times and all checkouts manned. Truly a great experience
P. S.
Busy car park but spaces always available. The shop itself is well laid out. Very big range of items for sale, particularly good for arts and crafts, cheap tools and furniture. The pet department is large and well stocked.
D. J.
Excellent range of Christmas decorations and some great bargains on furniture. The quality is excellent and so are the staff. We had great customer service from all the staff we encountered. Had a couple of questions about a lamp and table and there were plenty of staff on the store floor to ask.
M. D.
Good value, just the same as other Range stores that I have visited.
M. B.
Enjoyed my visit, got several items I was looking for, except for Christmas cards, couldn't find any.
R. D.
It's always bad for my purse when I visit! So much to buy and not enough funds. Being Christmas the sir was packed but the staff were taking it in their stride, shelves were still kept full and very impressed with how quickly the queue at the tills was managed. I did feel a little like I was in a B&M though but that's not necessarily a bad thing.
A. B.
Love this shop! There is a huge variety of anything you could possibly want. The best thing is they are reasonably priced! Not paying through the nose for good quality items. House, garden, kids, crafts and pets to name a few departments!
The cafe inside is perfect for a cuppa and a rest break while looking around!
Would recommend this shop to everyone!
P. S.
This is a store packed with anything and everything. I was however very glad to exit the store as the aisles are too narrow so social distancing was completely out of the window. The tannoy kept warning people to keep 2 metres apart and to wear masks, but,so many customers in there obviously don't want to wear a mask so had their noses poking out or wore no mask at all.
The store has made no effort to enable social media.
Avoid! At this time.
L. M.
I love the range, it has everything all under one roof, I always leave with something big our small. Would say it could do with a change a round as it looks abit tired, you could walk roune with your eyes shut everything always in the same place.... Or I go there to much 🤭
S. H.
Great place for all your homeware items along with a large selection of items for home crafting. Not forgetting furniture and bedding and curtains. A fantastic array of Xmas decorations as well. The cafe has a good selection of cakes and warm snacks with tea and coffee.
C. B.
Great to be back shopping in store and loads of bargins to keep the kids entertained over the holidays. Also might of got a bit excited by all the Halloween items nice and stocked up now...feeling prepared 😀
L. X.
The Staff at the Range were very friendly & polite,
The store was clean & tidy & the shelves were very well stacked & had everything that u needed n more
T. W.
Bike parking next to shop entrance..there was a small queue to get in but it quickly went down as staff are quick to jump on tills inside. Explored the grotto light display with partner and we loved it! Impressed with the variety of products and homeware.
r. l.
Love it in here there are lots of great products, lovely home furnishings ,garden products and great for arts and crafts for the kids at really Cheap prices. However if you don't like to que avoid going at the weekends it gets busy!!
D.
Lovely big store but lots of the store seemed messy and out of stock or didn't have prices. The floor is very uneven in parts of the store, I found a few buckets laying around to catch drips from the roof which I found as trip hazards as was no signs to warn people. Staff seen standing about chatting in groups and when I asked where something was it was like I had annoyed them as I interrupted their their conversation. The shop has pet and garden small Clothes section toys house hold items and furniture. The Range is situated on a retail park with other shops like argos sport direct boots Smyth and others.
M. O.
Good selection of products. Good for art supplies at a good price.
W. C.
Lots of bargains ..cheaper than boots and sainsburys for Bath and shower gels..and some really nice body mists..
D. D.
Good selection choice from bathroom to home ware. Always in date with the festive seasons which include Easter, summer, Halloween, Christmas and New year. Staff are friendly, parking is easy as there is a large car park. It's has disabled parking bays, there are food shops near by or a cafe inside the shop itself. Get deals with what seem to be high quality products.
S. A.
I try to avoid going here, the queues to pay are always very long no matter what time of day you go, but with the reorganisation due to CV it actually moved quite quickly. I found some things were more expensive here than I'd seen else where so I didnt buy. Very good range of dog beds, much more than pets at home. Staff were really helpful and friendly.
M. P.
I love this shop ..had a lovely wander round and had a coffee in the coffee shop..l love to look at the household stuff, so much to see. Always end up buying something even if I'm just going for a browse..🙂
M. W.
We went to the Range looking for any replacement things but not much at mo.
L. L.
I'm always amazed at the variety of things on sale here. We were buying picture frames, high-viz dog leads and garden accessories plus a few things we spotted along the way as potential Christmas presents. The loos were open too (tho not marked so I wandered into the men's by accident!). Also difficult, at times, to socially distance. Staff were brilliant!
M. O.
Yeah it's big and has a great 'range' of products. Some staff are really nice but I've had a couple that didn't seem to want to be there. Quality of the products can be a bit hit and miss too. Parking is normally easy enough and free. The cafe is overpriced, but, the oreo milkshake is so much better than anywhere else I've had one.
D. G.
Great place to go. Sells so many different items. Their Halloween and Christmas stuff is really good. They also have an excellent arts and crafts section and a pets section. When you've had enough of shopping there is a nice cafe to relax in.
S. H.
Helpful staff with lots of choice in product. Many of which turned my house into a home. I always love coming here because of the wide range of products and the great location. Parking is easily accessible to the store and the cafe is always worth a visit for a longer shopping experience.
M. C.
Staff are always amazing! Store is always well presented. I'm happy to drive to this store, bigger sorry Hugh compared to my local. 3rd biggest in the country I believe.
H. M.
Great range of products and some fantastic prices but I went in for a couple of things specifically (that I knew they sell and had checked out online last week) and they were sold out or stopped stocking them because they have taken away a lot of products to make room for their Christmas merchandise. It is still August. This was a disappointing trip for me.
C. A.
A very large shop that offers an extensive range of homewear, art and stationery, decorating and wallpapers, garden furniture and plants, children's toys, pets and a small food section. They have a public toilet near the cafe too.
N. N. G.
Love the range, great staff, lovely items. One problem.....you go in for one thing and come out with 10 more haha!!
D. w.
Sometimes, the name of a shop is apt. Large department store. Part of a chain. Has a wide range of products at good prices. The arrangement of the tills annoys me but that is probably more to do with me than the shop.
S. R.
Friendly and helpfull staff.
S. T.
Love this place. So much variety, good prices - same in Next would be double plus the price! Good selection of products, great range of frames, furniture, lights, bedding, curtains, kitchen/ household stuff, pictures and ornaments, and cafe is good to relax with a coffee and cake. Never fail to find something lovely for my home!!
L. K.
I love the Range. My favourite store of all time.
C. v.
I always use the Range for many items, there is not a lot they don’t sell.
Spacious and airy shop with all items set up in an easy to find way.
The staff here are always happy and helpful.
P. B.
A useful shop but it has an aura that I don't like. There are lots of useful things there but too many people are allowed to wander around not wearing a mask at all or not wearing them properly and if you are elderly it's too much of a risk
i. p.
Some great stuff for the home.
R. H.
Large out-of-town store. Has crafty items, home, car, decorating goods, plus basic garden centre. Normally has a small but pleasant restaurant, this was closed due to lock down. Toilet Facilities hygiene was very poor.
H. B.
Even though the shop is large in square footage, it's one of the more poorly stocked Range shops that I've visited. I've been especially disappointed with the art and craft sections of the shop.
J. W.
Such a varied and wide range of products, throw in some friendly staff and you have a giant store that is well worth a visit.
M. W.
It has what your looking for except lingerie x
J. H.
Always interesting, fab place that sells nearly everything. Staff friendly and helpful. Love it .
E. D.
Such a big range of products! I love it!
K. F.
One thing I'm not happy about is the fact that the person at the entrance door telling everyone to use sanitizer was not wearing a mask! Half the staff in there don't,only the odd one or two. Other than that never had a problem.. I went there today to return my shower curtain that had fish printed on upside down instead of the correct way as I didn't want dead fish in my bathroom.
D.
There is a large variety of products going from arts and crafts to lights and furnichure, though its hard to say weather they have a specific item or not due to it being a very large store with a lot of items, though you can bet half the time they have it.
J. O.
It's a another shop check it out for yourself
L. G.
Love this place, can buy a mixture of items from mirrors, curtains, paint to bedding and kids toys. Great place to look around, has a cafe and toilets.
L. H.
I class this is as a home version of primark. You will never get just what you go in for! There's always amazing deals/cheap items and then you wonder how the total comes to what it is by the end! Always manage to make a lovely morning /afternoon of it though!
G. B.
Stop was good but the cafe left a lot to be desired coffee was good but the service was poor having to wait too long to be served and having to wait for a a teacake which had dried and crisped up and 8 minutes to get it.by which time the coffee was nearly finished
P. D.
Never been there before but had heard a lot about it. I found it a bit too big and confusing. I didn't know what to expect and couldn't easily find things that I might want to buy. I left with nothing after 20 minutes in roaming the big "hanger" of a building which also had down hill slope in one part where I nearly lost my trolley! Bizarre.
R. T.
Range by name...
It literally seems to offer everything and anything you can think of. Of particular note is their arts and crafts supplies section, which you might not expect to be so large. Everything is remarkably cheap, although that sometimes tells in the quality. They have plenty of garden supplies too, but avoid their plants if possible as they're not well cared for at all.
S. W.
Longwater is definitely one of the better Range stores I've been to, nicely laid out, bright and spacious with lots of products.
A.
Good items at reasonable prices, I have never had any issues with the quality of the items I have purchased from here. The staff are always helpful and there is a huge selection of goods for your home. There is a new baby range which has some lovely items. Well worth a visit.
H. H.
One of the best retail experiences I’ve ever come across. Giving out water in the heat while everyone stood queuing 2m apart. The most friendliest staff I’ve ever come across! With the current situation it was a breath of fresh air to see all staff in such good spirits!
J. W.
Went there on Saturday for new cushions and got the ones I wanted. They had loads of different designs I could have bought them all and in all the colours you could want. A fab place to get everything in one place.
J. S.
Always love going to The Range as you never know what your going to walk out with haha.
Make a note of how much your spending while picking stuff up 👍😆
S.
It has some cool products and prices are very affordable. Would like if their corridors were a bit wider as you keep having to swerve around people. But otherwise fine.
I like their little café as well. They serve superb brownies and great Costa drinks.
You can also visit the other stores very quickly and efficiently.
R.
A bit of everything even has a iceland shop inside
A. B.
They actually have some really nice items for the home: bedding, soft furnishings, mirrors, fabrics, etc. as well as laundry and household cleaning items. There's also a large garden section, so all in all a one-stop-shop really. There lots of gimmicky things around the entrance but if you wander round there are some decent quality bits and bobs.
C. W.
I gave the range 4 stars based on previous visits but my last visit was disappointing. I found want I wanted on their website and checked it was in stock but when I got there it was a different cheaper product.
R. H.
Excellent service from Alan and his colleague in the furniture department. Happy and helpful staff. Great sense of humour, upbeat too. Looks happy at work. Helped me take, and put my goods into my car. Could not fault him!.what an asset! Thank you Alan...(ford focus lady) x
I. B.
Can't fault the customer service - we were helped to the car with a heavy item. Large range of items as you would expect. It is what it is for a home budget store.
a. e.
Has lots to offer furniture, arts and crafts, gifts, bedding, garden funiture all the way to wedding accessories. Toilets inside as well as a lovely cafe to get a coffee. Garden centre at the back with a variety to choose from. I ordered my garden furniture fire pit table and chairs 5 years ago and absolutely love it
R. P.
Very large collections in items to pick from, generally clean and tidy. My only downfall was the cafe. The poor woman serving was all on her own serving a que full of people, there seem to be plenty of staff doing not a great deal in other places of the store, this woman could have done with some help. Food was nice and the drink were okay. Here's a pointless picture to go with of a reduced BBQ that was out of stock
G. W.
Great selection of all the things you may need and probably lots you didn't know you wanted.
M. W.
This is the largest The Range shop I've come across yet. It's got absolutely everything you'd ever need which is why I like it so much.
B. C.
The biggest and the best Range I've seen. Large and very well stocked especially Christmas decorations.
V. W.
Love The Range
Can't say enough about this place
Amazing range of household goods, gifts, toys, stationery,
cards and craft materials.
Also fabulous outdoor clothing section and pet centre.
Staff are always friendly and helpful.
S. M.
Classic Range, served by Shaun who's very knowledgeable and friendly
J. S.
The Range is absolutely fab for value on most of their products which keeps us returning every now and then but sadly just feels like it's way past its "best before" and in need of a face lift. Also, unless you've got half hour to throw away on queuing, forget any trips in December before Christmas.
C. C.
A good range of bits and pieces. Most furniture items are at the lower end of quality and materials but they are mostly good value for money. If you like arts and crafts there is an excellent selection. The coffee shop serves food and (obviously) drinks.
A. N.
Don't come here expecting to buy just one small thing. It is so full of good stuff you'll come out with a bundle. Excellent art and decor area with a good variety for those who like arts and crafts... and so much more...
K. B.
Just a brilliant shopping experience x everything you could need especially as we were shopping for my daughter going to Uni!!
G.
Good range (lol) of products staff were happy and helpful and a good Christmas atmosphere.
N. N.
I LOVE Range. They always have great choice of garden stuff, home decorations and craft supplies. Even when I don't need anything, I go to Range just to have a look at what they've got in stock. At the moment they have great range of Christmas decorations.
E. S.
Very good selection of goods; some at reasonable prices. It is very popular therefore navigating your way round the store can be frustrating at times as can the queues to pay. If you want to just browse what's on offer, suggest going as the store opens.
B. G.
Large range of quality products, very helpful and knowledgeable staff. Lots of parking available. Products clearly labelled prices and product details. Only quarrel I had is many items had been picked up by customers and placed in other places and seemingly ignored by staff.
H. K.
LOVE LOVE LOVE!!
I come here so often, mostly just to browse. I always end up walking out with purchases I didn't intentionally go in for.
I have seen a couple of 'bad reviews' based purely on Christmas decors going up in September.. But is that really a reason for a bad review when most shops nowadays put their Christmas stuff up early? Besides, just because you don't like the idea doesn't necessarily mean that Noone else should! I got really excited to see all the Christmas stuff going up (I know I need to get a life lol), but I am visiting here Friday specifically for Xmas decor shopping! And I'm dragging my partner around with me (poor him).
I do find some staff to be quite rude sometimes and I don't think that staff for the larger furniture goods have always been very good, but the shop itself sells lovely stuff! I have been quite lucky to have had good experiences with most of the staff at the checkouts.
S. C.
Well worth a visit. Good prices for quality products alongside a huge range of budget items.
d. r.
Hoped to find some bits for my newly decorated living room and was amazed there was nothing to suit !!!! Better luck next time i guess
R. W.
Homeware for kitchen lounge bathroom etc
pet food and accessories
Gardening section plants water features ornaments also spas
Arts and crafts
Toys
And usually a seasonal section ie Christmas
Also cafe and toilets but not during lockdown
N. L.
Some Staff seem little interested in customers and helping. Others are very enthusiastic. Cafe service is and always been poor, Never made to feel comfy in there so don't bother now and go to M&S or Sainsbury.
J. D.
Returned the fish tank I brought 4 months ago after it started leaking. Replaced with new one. Staff we're very good about it and no problems with me bringing it back. Love the place and the staff working there are brilliant.
E.
I love this particular Range. Easy to get to, plenty of parking even at peak times.
Staff are helpful and friendly.
My only real complaint is that quite a few of the items are not priced, and it does put me off buying things sometimes.
g. g.
Hella cheap. Great for art supplies, random household stuff and cheap furniture. Don't expect much quality from the homewares but they're cheap AF. they have a tonne of soulless decorations such as "man cave" 🤮 signs and live laugh love prints. Just in case you're sad and need constant reminding. It's a bit of a maze to get there since they swapped it all about in the car park but all in all a good day out. They have a garden bit.
V. M.
Love this store, super big and loads to choose from, always neatly stocked when I go in there! Staff have always been friendly too!
W. D.
Great variety of products but aisles can be a bit cluttered. Hard to argue with the pricing though, and staff are generally friendly
A. W.
They are currently moving everything around in the store, but you can still shop. I still found plenty to buy
A. B.
Very well organised with social distancing rules, etc
Large amount of stock and variety of products and layout round the shop is good too. Miss they cafe not being open. Hopefully will be allowed to open soon.
M. S.
Ok store for unusual items, but had sold out a lot of items and the staff didn’t know much about where (if at all) where stock items were.
If you’re looking for a wider selection of off the peg pictures I think this is worth a look.
T. L.
Excellent, large, spacious and a lovely cafe area! All the stock you need and great parking. Staff also excellent when we couldn't find blow up beds and certain bags
B. C.
Great shop as always but too hot without the air conditioning or even any fans on. Left sooner than planned. No enjoyment shopping in extreme heat
C. C.
Lost the pic I went in to find frame for and was called on the tannoy ...phew ....that's good service
G. B.
Very good store .
D. P.
We were looking for some new net curtains and after going around all the usual places finding them at extortionate prices ,popped to the Range, really nice designs off the roll,in varying drops and a fraction of the price, paid the same for 3 nets as other stores asking for one. Whilst in there, ended up looking around came out with even more, vast, varied stock, worth a look.
V. G.
We love the range but found the Isles quite narrow for wheelchairs or buggies, some parts not accessible because of stuff
L. H.
Have a good selection of most things at reasonable prices, have found the staff to occasionally be a little short with you but most are very pleasant
D. C.
An eclectic selection of household goods. Lovely cafeteria.
K. A.
Excellent choice of goods and very reasonably priced, can always find something to buy🌝🌝
S. P.
Good range of products. 👍
N. N.
Found what I wanted at a good price
P.
The Range has a wide variety of furniture decorations and other items all for an affordable price range. If you are ever looking for good quality new furniture this is worth a check.
D. C.
The Range is always a great place to shop, everyone you need under one roof. I do feel however that selling quite expensive furniture doesn't seem right it a shop like this. I've seen so many shops that start of great then start selling more pricey items and then became less popular.
t. a.
We went in looking for xmas decorations and toppings to go on top of a xmas cake and found they had a massive selection of decorations, cake toppings and so much more. Also they are very well priced. Also a shoutout to the kind member of staff who's name i didn't catch who helped us find the cake toppings. She was lovely and deserves a pay rise. It's an all round good shop so make sure to stop by.
S. W.
Good choice of stuff, but not all of it is good quality. Cheap place to go if you want to make over a room at home. Nice selection of home accessories at good prices.
P. G.
A vast store with many department areas.
You should be able to buy any craft item, pictures and home items.
It always pays to check the item is complete and working before you buy, otherwise you could find yourself with a long return trip.
As a lot items aren't handled well.
C. D.
The Range can be handy for the odd thing but it's a bit of a jumble sale - pallets of stuff cluttering the aisles, random things here and there and gross toilets. It looks seriously worn around the edges and has done for years.
I usually go in to look for something in particular and end up leaving after not finding what I went in for. Goodness knows how anyone wanting to use a wheelchair in there manages.
j. B.
This is a great shop... It has everything you could want..the seasonal product are amazing and the staff are helpful..there is a cafe inside that's nice clean...coffee is fabulous and again all staff in cafe are good...the best thing about the whole shop is the pet section..the sell things from pet food to flea treatments..its the only place I use for my pet products...
N. J.
They always have everything you need, fab store. My only negative is that the isle for the colouring pens is way too narrow, even the staff said it's silly and have moaned about it, but nothing has been done..
But The Range sells everything you need, and everything you don't need!
K. S.
I love the Range and their arts and crafts section s usually . But this store is not as well stocked as some of the others and the aisles are quite tight in that section which at busy times makes browsing difficult. Shame because the rest of the store is quite spacious .
P. C.
This shop is wheelchair friendly and a lift is available to reach the first floor Cafe and sales areas where there is everything you would expect from the Range -
Reasonably priced goods, lots of variety and several different departments.
K. W.
Lots of house hold items at reasonable prices. Great craft section. Good textile section for curtains etc. Cafe and toilets handy if you are there for a long time. Easy parking for all.
L. C.
The Range is a great place for household bits and pieces all under one roof. I was really surprised at how large this shop actually is. Plenty of knowledgeable staff and many tills. The car park was a little tight due to other outlets nearby. Great location in Norwich with good access.
S. W.
It has great art supplies for me, as well as most household items from curtains, lighting, furniture, gardening etc. If your setting up a new home or going to uni, go to the range as most essential things under one roof.
H. V.
I had a lovely experience at the range today, I went In to get some bird food, and saw a large bag of bird food for approx, £6, unfortunately I was unable to get this, as I have just had an operation on my stomach so am unable to lift anything heavy, anyway I bought the food but the bags I bought were heavier than I thought I mentioned this, just in passing, to the young man on the till who immediately offered to carry my bag to my car, which was very kind of him, what a lovely experience he deserves a pat on the back.
a. h.
Lots of handy things but really busy. Ques for the tills did move quickly though
J. E.
Great selection of all the homewares & crafting you can think of under one roof. Cheaply priced. Busy store. Queues at the tills but they moved at a reasonable speed for late morning.
D. B. (.
We love having a wander around the range, especially at Christmas time, lots of lovely decorations to pick from. Always have a good range of new products to look through, plenty of craft bits too.
L. H.
There is so much to see and buy. Now Christmas is coming there is even more. Such fun, so many bargains all under one roof. Only hang up is the check out queues. There is even a little cafe for a quick cuppa and a nibble, and thankfully a toilet for light relief, haha.
I. F.
Good store you can get anything you want here.👍
j. D.
A bit empty these days, looks like the shop suffered a bit, I hope they get back to the variety of range we use to have, still found half of the stuff I was looking for a reasonable price.
M. C.
The Range is an awesome shop. There literally is something for everyone in there. The staff are really good too. They will take the trouble to walk with you from one side of the shop to the other to help you find something. If you can. Avoid weekend visits. Parking is not always easy.
k. b.
Plenty of their normal and seasonal stock had a number of customers in the store today and milling all over the place no real 2 metre space the checkout staff pleasent and helpful
L. J.
Excellent parking. Pretty well buy anything here at good prices. Often stuff not sold in other places. Good cafe and toilets .
The handicraft/art supply section is hard to beat and covers everything possible.
Great store.
D. S.
Excellent stockists of anything I can think of. Really enjoy the shopping trips here, the downside though is the staff looking miserable and barely saying a word at the checkouts. I dont expect conversations but a little smile would not go amiss
M. M.
Well stocked store, plenty of Halloween and Christmas stuff and even managed to buy things I didn't know we needed
k. b.
Spent time looking around. Plenty of good things at reasonable prices. Bought lots of stuff. Forgot a bag in the car. The young lad working there took the basket to my car and emptied into boot for me. Very helpful
H. B.
Diverse goods including furniture, Garden, toys, confect, arts and crafts of almost anything imaginable for amateurs to artists, housing furnishing such as lights, pictures, frames etc. Really good quality products for most things. I like that Regatta coats are being offered here at a reasonable price. The Christmas collection is coming along and I can still obtain fabrics cut to size here.
J. G.
If they ain't got it you don't need it so they say! If items were actually displaying prices maybe they would sell more. I didn't spend because everything I wanted wasn't priced. When I asked why prices were not on an item the excuse was people move things!
Total waffle so I shopped elsewhere.
K. G.
Somehow not as great a location as I remember last time - place was looking tired and patched up plus a much smaller selection on bedding which is why I went, with shelves of sheets completely empty. Maybe it was just bad timing but just ok this time sorry.
R. T.
Easy parking and plenty of disabled spaces. Large selection of goods but not like it used to be. Things are not easy to find as they dont seem to be linked to like items. There used to be a lot more deals and the cafe is going down hill and must change the wayer filters as the scum in the tea cups is very off putting.
F. H.
A great selection of pretty much everything you would need. Their garden section is particularly good and has a nice cafe which serves a range of snacks. Prices are very competitive and generally good value for money.
b.
Great place, always interesting, stock changes regularly with some great prices. Some very useful niche areas, such as material and haberdashery as well as diy home furnishings and lots more including a garden centre. Definitely worth a visit.
D. M.
The Range is great for so many things. A huge variety of products with many different departments. Christmas stock came out a bit early and the store is quite far out of the city, but that doesn't seem to stop people going.
S. W.
Okay but found bit muddled trying to find things
I. C.
Wife loves this place, I try to arrange it so I can sit in the car listening to the footie. Good shop though found bales of straw for my strawberries and lamps for a pressure plus viynl for art projects as well as material and artist materials. Can't find it anywhere else, worth a look here!
M. G.
Excellent, had almost everything
P. M.
Staff are helpful, and the stuff is cheap, etc. But some of aisles are ridiculously narrow, so it's easily congested even if it's not that busy. Think they'd do well to lose some of the tacier goods to be fair.
Z. S.
Brilliant place to shop. Staff are friendly. It's like Aladdin's cave, you can get lost in all the good deals. We have gone in for a couple of things and came out with a full trolley.
Z. C.
Took my daughter to get a sun lounger & got a great deal on a hammock. The sales assistant was really friendly & helped us with everything we needed. Really happy. And my daughter LOVES her hammock.
K. S.
Good place to go and get cheaper homewares such as washing airers or storage boxes but they also do a good selection of craft and drawing items for adults and children. However it loses one star for the STUPID layout of the tills - having a long chicane to get to wait for a till and look for a green light waved in your direction...silly! On top of that the shelves are full of sweets and crisps on this maze walk - how's that supporting parents getting their children to eat healthy?!?!
E.
They'll have most of the things you need from snacks and drinks to furniture curtains timed led light to even gaming/office chairs that can be £83 and as comfortable as a proffesional gaming chair ranging in many different colours i really do recommend you shop there. Aswell as this it is surounded by many great retail stores and fast food restaurants.
H. S.
Large store located at the Longwater Retail Park, near Argos, Pets at Home, Sports Direct and Pizza Hut etc and just across the road from Sainsbury’s. Good parking and you can get there by taking red line 24/24a bus on weekdays & 23/23b on Sundays (changing mid February 2020). Has a large selection of stationary, crafts and homewares as well as toys, gifts, gardening, DIY, JML products, and pet care. Not the cheapest but a go to store if I’m looking for something in particular that I can’t find locally elsewhere or online. Store can be a bit busy and the checkouts are quite narrow compared with other places. The store can also feel quite hot and stuffy even in winter which can make shopping in there feel unbearable.
D. E.
Always a busy place! Aisles aren't all wide enough for passing trolleys but there's lots to be seen in this shop! Everything under one roof really! A good selection of homewares as well as decorating supplies and a garden range. Even something for your pets! Tills are always well manned so never huge cues. I found not everything is priced which does put me off from putting it in my basket but other than that most things are reasonably priced. There is a cafe and toilets which is handy for those waiting a break between shopping!
E. L.
I used to use the range for all my crafting supplies. Just lately I have found that the stock doesnt seem to get refreshed and getting less and less. It makes me wonder how much longer the departments will be in place at this branch.
L. L.
I love the range it has almost everything you need in one shop, the only complaint I have is it gets so hot in there even in summer.
S. H.
Nice shop, visited around Xmas time and loads of nice glittery things about. Good for prices. Unfortunately not so good with high speed bumps. Ended up reversing out of the car park as my car was not going to go over it.
D. L.
Very large store items consist of art & crafts, haberdashery, lighting, houseshold furniture, toys, some clothing, household decor, hot tubs, garden furniture, pet accessories, food, bedding and toys etc. There are garden plants, water features, garden tools etc. There are toilet facilities, plus a disabled toilet. Once you have had a good look round, you can then have refreshments, hot & cold food and snacks
They have got virtually everything under one roof. Well worth the visit.
S. F.
I love the range but this range has a foul smell when you walk in the only thing I can describe it as is body odour I've been in a few times now and smelt it every time ,I now go to lowestoft.
Apart the foul smell the staff are very helpful and polite and now you've sorted a much better queueing system out it's great.
A. H.
Great range of different products for decent prices, although a lot of items can be grabbed on Amazon for a bigger discount.
Overall a large store with plenty to browse, just not a big fan of the music the were playing...
j. b.
I needed two item's a laundry bag and a pan to boil eggs .Did not have clue where to look ,when a lovely member of staff sorted me out .It turned out what I needed was a garden waterproof big bag with handles as they were better than laundry bespoke bags (too small) .I didn't need a pan for eggs either.I needed the Slatters electric egg boiler !!!! That was me sorted out .....big thank you to the lady who went of her way to help me get what I really needed .
S. J.
I had not been in The Range for several years. The reason being that there was real low quality stuff in there, but I was pleasantly surprised to see how the goods had improved so much.
M. B.
A wide variety of items from greetings cards to arts and crafts and things for home, garden and pets. A café is also on site though I have not visited it. Everything is reasonably priced with helpful staff.
J. M.
Always great products at great prices. Love a wander round this store.
b. s.
Massive amount of choice so many different sections it's a one stop shop.
We picked up so many things we did not even know we wanted.
J. T.
Very good staff especially Marietta (sorry if not spelt right ) so helpful and went out of her way to make my mums experience at the store such a good one . Very good store with lots of lovely things. Would also like to mention a very helpful guy think he was called Callum at the tills so patient and making sure everything was working well. Well done The Range .
L. V.
I hate to say it but the range is great. Again I always come out with more than intended.
I usually pop in for crafty bits, and then get a sink plug and bulbs..... They have it all, parking is an issue at the moment as they are building in the parking area.
l. m.
It had the art supplies my daughter needed. However the queue to tills was like a theme park ride. I'm sick of places like this making it so difficult to just get out the door. I personally would not go back unless it was for an emergency art supply again.
k. n.
Very good selection of things. Dont like the new layout at the tills all the black masking tape on the floor looks a mess.
m. c.
As usual the Range is one of those magical places where you can go to find pretty much anything. The staff is quite friendly. The Christmas decorations are already up so If that is what you are looking for, look no further. Also they have finally sorted out the queueing for the tills.
p. a.
Wow what a great store.
J. D.
Well organised for social distancing. Wanted children's beach/ wet suit style shoes, but I guess I've left it too late as there was only a few pairs left. Otherwise I found everything else I needed
A. R.
Great shopping - great choices
N. G. C.
If they don't sell it, then it hasn't been invented yet or you really don't need it, sounds like the slogan I know but I love having a wander around this shop, even if we don't buy anything
s. v.
Great range of different items for sale from lamps to pet accessories. I thoroughly enjoyed looking around the store and there are some lovely things in the store. Unfortunately I found some of the staff uninterested and not very knowledgeable. On asking if there were any dog beds on sale I was told "no try pets at home", I later found the pet department which had a selection of dog beds, my partner purchased an equatic heater for his tropical fish tank. The man at the tills neither said anything or bothered to look up whilst serving us. He had to remove the heater from packaging to take the security tag off, he then proceeded to attempt to shove the glass heater back in the box with a considerable amount of force which was not working.concerned he would break it I offered to put it back in the box and he passed it to me without looking up or saying a word. Nice store but rubbish customer service. Would put me off making a return trip.
K. M.
Love the range certainly lives up to the name range had a good walk round brought a few things just .missed the coffee shop not being open owing to covid people aware of the 2 metre spacing x
J. D. B.
This is a great place to shop. Whilst the main store and staff are excellent, I, like many others, get very exasperated at the length of time spent queuing waiting to pay. I feel that a different checkout counter arrangement and/or security system would go some way to alleviating this problem, which not only occurs at peak time, but when the store is not particularly busy.
May I also suggest a fast service line for customers with few items.
K. A.
A massive homeware store with a surprisingly good selection of art materials.
Quality of most items is middle to lower end of the market. Staff try hard to help but I suspect that their management leaves something to be desired.
J. g.
Better than Lowestoft but it's a chore with the wife 🤣🤣🤣

Bargain store sells quite a variety of things , furniture garden sweets electrics beauty products DIY car stuff art things. All sorts at reasonable prices.
R.
Great prices. I found decent motor oil cheaper than Halfords
P. B.
Generally cheap, but some items not very good quality.
Wide variety of products, including DIY, homeware, gardening, clothes, toys.
Have found prices to be missing from items/shelves on several occasions.
Has a Dee Dee's cafe inside, drinks were reasonable but food/cakes were mediocre.

Excellent service can't fault the staff were so helpful and even put the heavy in the back of my car for me many thanks to all staff 👍👍
D. H.
Good shop for all sorts of crafty items and a few diy bits, not to mention the large garden supplies area.
Can get very busy so there is often a wait at the tills. Try and go outside the peak times.
D. D.
Lge store, clean and well set out. Staff very helpfull.
D. F.
Went to buy outdoor laser lights and they only had 2 and they were very expensive, so disappointing, added to which the walk thru all the edible stuff to get to the tills was maddening! If you are queueing with children you will be furious, but I guess it's their way of getting round not being allowed sweets at the tills.
S. A.
The range is ok, bit like Latham's or QD but the price of everything seemed a bit high for the quality of the goods.
Also they have a toy department that is totes irrelevant as there is a dirty great big Smyths next door
D. P.
Great range of products at really reasonable prices got some great Christmas presents. Christmas decorations are soo good and covid measures are up to standard.
A. J.
Was going to buy a couple of items but left them there due to a long queue
A. C.
Always worth a look when I'm out that way. 🤔 💖 Be better when they've finished the re vamp. 🤔💖
G. M.
Always waits at the tills, any markdown products cannot be put through the till by the operator, has to have a manager approval, and there are never around when it's your turn to pay. The system needs a review. Otherwise there is a wide selection of goods, and you can get almost anything you want.
G. B.
Love the range and particularly this store. Needed some help and the staff were brilliant and even carried our heavy item to the checkouts for us. So kind. Got everything we needed (& more!)
J. R.
Always a good shopping experience with a wide range of goods to choose from. You can get pretty much anything from here including some dry foodstuffs and drinks. Plenty of parking, toilet facilities and even a small cafe
J. S.
Love love love b&m but always end up spending triple the amount I want 2 😂😂😂
J. P.
Got pretty much everything you might not never need. Check out the Halloween display, as you go in and they are now putting all Xmas stuff out.
Dropped a star for their new queuing system, which is faster than before but forces you past all the sweets, crisps, drinks etc
R. B.
Hate this place, the missus thinks it's her personal bric a brac store. Normally need to remortgage when visiting or bound the missus hands. Staff are always good
J. M.
Good selection, cafe although very limited menu. The new aisle queueing system is a bit much, it should be opened up during the week as it's unnecessarily long. New Costa and Greggs opened up in the car park.
G. R.
Vast selection of homewares.
S. C.
Totally messmerising as walking into fairyland with all Xmas decorations etc well done the Range
J. w.
The aisles are a little narrow. Staff are around to help which makes a change from some other shops. Lots of Xmas stuff
J. C.
friendly staff always helpful
T.
Love The Range. Always helpful lots of choice and good value for money
B. T.
Wide range of products, helpful staff, good prices
D. H.
Love this place!!! They have pretty much everything from foods to home appliances!!! Just beware of going there in the weekends before Christmas, it's madness lol
But seriously, it's a great place to buy things.
C. C.
Great shop so many products you can buy furniture paint ornament bedding household items for every room in home cafe inside garden centre and next to many other popular shops in the same vicinity I like this shop it's brilliant
C. H.
Really decently sized store with nice cafe for a quick snack after your missus has bought the shop.
N. E.
Some great bargains and christmas items galore. A slight queue to get in and at the till but moved very quickly. Toilets are open too
L. 6.
Good quality products & reasonable prices. Cafe inside as well. Sells furniture, garden products, camping equipment, home accessories everything you could possibly need to furnish your home.
M. W.
Lovely shop always find what you want and reasonable
J. h.

The stock they have in is endless do so much to choose from

K. l. S. (.

A. P.

E. P.
There was a lot of people in the shop .
I didn't like were the card machine was wen u had 2 pay u had 2 lean over so u was right near the staff members face and they didn't have a face mask on
L. A.
Got a pair of nice chairs, payment and collection were a bit drawn out, were going to have a snack in the cafe but the wait for a table was too long. There's not enough tables for the volume of people wanting to eat there.
k. c.
A great range of products at The Range. Pity that you are forced to trudge behind walking dead customers. The pretty sweets along the miles of airport style queueing system slowing them down on the long march to the till.
J. P.
Always enjoy shopping here. So much variety. Assistant in garden area was very helpful when we couldn't find the price of a plant.
p. m.
Sunday afternoon visit! Usual things on offer but this time Christmas decorations already omg! 😁
Was a que but moved along very quickly.
L. O.
Love the range lots of choice easy to design your home on a budget but buying good quality real value for money
C. K.
Such a great store, especially as there are so few good department stores anymore. Access to the retail park can sometimes be slow (as can leaving) due to a badly designed road system so pick quiet times to visit.
D. B.
Huge selection of well priced products. One of my first choices for any quick "home stuff" purchases.
M. W.
Always a great place to buy any home products and helpful staff.
D. S.
Had a very nice pie n mash meal and sat in a pod. Will definitely return.very polite staff.
M. M.
Love going here but do they have to put out all Christmas things and Halloween things SO early? Go to look at gardening things and very small place in corner . please wait until end September.
S. B.
Good shop lots of things all under one roof good to walk round and browsw
C. T.
Excellent range of goods Christmas is sorted here Dec's prezzies goodies
S.
Good shop but to much stuff as you walk in and gets abit crowded.but you can find anything here.
W. A.
It's OK. Parking is good, prices are fair. But staff moral seems low. But it's OK if need a few bits for the home, garden or just going for a cuppa.
M. K.
Unlike other stores, The Range have never let me down, they always deliver a great service and never forget to contact you when goods that have been ordered or saved for you are in stock.
P. K.
Love all the glitzy stuff you can get in here. Plus a wide range of household things from sofas , art materials, gardening stuff, even a little food. Wonderful
