They suggested I go to Argos , which I did, and the staff were very helpful and put the SIM in for me, which I didn t how to do. Paod less than I'd for an identical phone from Vodafone 18 months ago

Service was a little slower than usual but that is to be expected with reduced staff, so allow for some extra time if you are browsing and paying instore. The only suggestion I can make is maybe have a more obvious hand sanitising station. All staff very courteous and helpful. Good work!

Overall a good experience with no pressure to take the offered extras.
