Quite a large store but doesn't seem to have a section for selling fabric by the metre like some smaller stores. Confusing stock layout with similar products in totally different locations in the store, so a real time sink if you are looking for specific items, probably deliberate to encourage browsing. Last went here for LR44 batteries and a staff member was able to point to them almost immediately which saved me walking around for ages!

Too much Christmas stuff before Halloween, but aside from that, jolly good. Got Iceland in it, though its overpriced, but the rest is lovely. Alright customer service, dangerous if you're on a budget!

The cafe has gone :-( and I paid £35 for a plastic garden chair :-(. But the chair is very comfortable. And the staff are always lovely. I preferred the cafe to the bizarre wall of folders that has replaced it. The pricing was very peculiar and the menu a little odd. I think it could have been a good little cafe with some changes. There's an Iceland in here still but not the full range. Their candles are magnificent value: stock up for gifts. £35 for a fancy plastic chair tho. Still reeling. Needed a sit down after that.

Love this shop! Always on trend. The quality of their cleaning g products match big brands but is fraction of the price. I love that you can pick up household goods, toys, soft furnishings, furniture, pet and garden stuff and much more under one roof. Even better now they have a small Iceland and a Costa cafe!

Surprisingly ok, well stocked, however when it’s busy, the queues can get snake like. I question the quality of certain stock and would hope the company could look into sustainable products in future as lots are throw away tat. Having said that it comes down to personal choice too. I have been in to pick up some decent branded items which I was delighted they stocked.

Great shop that sells everything you can think of. Even though this is a smaller range than the one at Derriford Plymouth there is still an amazing range of products. The store looked a bit dirty in areas such as the hand rail and stairs leading into the pet shop area aswell as lots of odds and ends on the floor here and there . Staff friendly and polite

I've been coming here for years the only complaint about this store is the lack of professionalism and health and safety breaches in certain areas, I have almost been run over (as have two of my associates) several times by the men whom use the forklifts here with no apologies just laughing, their health and safety is diabolical. Over the years I have also found some of the shop floor staff seem highly reluctant to help a customer with finding an item or checking for more in stock... The staff placed on the tills have and are always polite and respectful though.

This is a rather small and compact Range. It's the closest one too me, but I feel a bit squashed when I am shopping here. Sells everything that the bigger ones do. So cant complain. Some social distancing measures set up by till and on entering, but not when walking round the shop.

Range has everything you want and usually isn't as busy as the bigger stores they have. We regularly go shopping here for pet food and things for the garden

Not as big as the store in Plymstock but still has an adequate range. Prices are reasonable compared to like minded stores. Parking easy. Staff competency varies but they all try. Good to pick up odd things here and there. They sell home wares, pet supplies and a small selection of food.

Sells very attractive items for the home, garden and pets, arts and crafts. I think it holds an above average range of goods at affordable, and a fair price. I would not call this a 'discount store', its not a pound shop nor is it selling out of season stuff. The quality of goods is much better than that. The store layout is also clean and attractive, and although large, it does not feel like or look like a tatty warehouse, unlike a store such as buyology, which is a good store in itself, for what it offers. There is a difference though. Hope this review helps. If you want to buy something really nice for your own home or a present or for a wedding venue, go no further and I am not on commission nor do I work here.

What a fantastic store. The Security guard that stands at the door to manage the queues is very professional and courteous. Pity there was not more of him around unlike the female Security guard at Morrisons just up the road. He is very approachable and well mannered. Keep up the good work beautiful. 👍

This store has a lot to offer, and if your ever stuck for the odd loaf of bread or pint of milk, of course you can guarantee they will have some in stock. Not to mention, tins of paint and plenty of cat and dog treats, what a range!!!

Needed small outside lights for our little Christmas tree last minute. Great choices of the lights and we found just the right lights easily. Staff was friendly and showed us where to look. Very convenient shop to have locally.

I prefer this branch to the one in Crownhill. I find it easier to walk around and find the things that I know they keep in stock. But, I do like the store at Billacombe Road as well. Depends what you are wanting to buy really.

Well stocked store. Has pretty much everything you need in there for the home. Great kitchenware section that had loads of choice and was all stocked. Staff were friendly and helpful when asked for some assistance. Car park was big enough.

Everything you need from a can of drink to a desk with loads of arts and craft. Your fine me in the tool section but then I get dragged to the wallpaper and paint. Little cafe looks good but not eating inside it my self and staff always been helpful. Always parking spaces and never seems to busy.

Perhaps because it’s newly opened but parking was quite a way from the store on really rough ground. Although the store is huge it stocks are much the same as other Range stores, just more of the same items. It was good having an Iceland in store, but because all Iceland goods and the Range goods all went through the same tills, it causes quite long queues. All in all I’d rather shop in the smaller Range shops as the access and tills were easier to use.

I actually worked here when it was Sanky Home center and Bulk DIY some 36 years ago when I left school, so I was amazed on the transformation from all them years ago. I can't wait to revisit The Range

Large carpark outside but not level ground. Large well light store, though it's bit tight down some aisle's. Friendly helpful staff when asked questions. Sells what seems like everything you might need to customise your home. Blinds, curtains, electricals, diy, tools etc. Some food (tinned and packets/boxed) but nothing frozen.

The staff here l are very helpful when you ask them any questions and you can buy almoast anything. It is very well layed out and it is quite easy to find things. At every season they bring out all thier seasonal stuff but still have the things they normally have there. They are also very good with returns and refunds.

There's no point in me explain what the Range is, you must visit to experience it. Items are not as cheap as they used to be a few years back now. But then again I guess the pound isn't what it once was. I wouldn't buy anything in here that I needed to last for years and years. As I've heard (and you can read on the feedback) trying to get any sort of refund on faulty goods is next to impossible. But the store is what it is, like a modern take on an old hardware store. Something like what would happen if B&Q and IKEA had a baby. But for all disposable items and quick fixes in life you may need it's always there. I choose to write a review today (thursday) as my partner had a last min party to go to Friday night after work. "rave" being the theme of the event. Now where else at 19.30 on a week day, can you find day glow face paint! I ask you! Where! The Range that's where...

It's not their biggest or poshest store and I think there's an Iceland in the shop but they do have a lot of items in sale and it's accessible for people with no cars

Good shop even if the staff don't know too much about anything when you ask a question, that's if you can find a member of staff that is, quite often if you see items that are supposed to be in the sale and discounted you take said item to the till only to find that there's no discount at all so you need your wits about you or get ripped off!!

Floor arrows are confusing as is the change from DIY to iceland. It's difficult to find things sometimes and as the shelves are very close together avoiding bumping in to people is hard.

Too much musical plastic tat this Christmas, with a whole aisle-end dedicated to that most Christmassy of pests; elf on the shelf. No red berry lights. Plenty of glass baubles for my tree, though the person serving on the till couldn't be bothered to give me any tissue paper for me to wrap them in, and she certainly wasn't the happiest of staff members (miserable bat). I know working in retail at Christmas is atrocious having done so myself, yet it doesn't cost anything other than a modicum of energy to put a smile on your face and actually do the job you get paid to do. At least you have a job. At least you can work. Cheer up, and make the shopping experience less miserable for us poor buggers who have to put up with grumpy retail workers. It's a service industry for crying out loud!

Not happy at all. For a change we drove from Dartmouth to this store instead of the usual Torquay branch. As I use a mobility scooter when I spotted a Dr Who Comic Poster/picture in a frame reduced to £5.99 and it was the last one (possibly why it was reduced and the cellophane wrapping was Torn) I took it to customer services whilst I carried on shopping with my wife. Asked them to keep it until we had finished and explained it was the last one so they make like to remove the price label of the shelf. However when we paid for all our other shopping along with the picture we failed to realise we had been charged £10.99. This we noticed when we got home. I rang the store and was informed that I would need to return with the picture and receipt to sort out the problem. hmmmm this would cost me around £15 in fuel. Last time I ever use the Range- most unhelpful
