"Big labels small prices" Bargain hunters if you are looking for affordable designer brands this is the shop to be. Perfect for gifts and unique items. Staff are lovely and very helpful

My favourite shop for all seasons. Apart from the clothes I love the seasonal bits on offer. You can always rely on unusual Christmas musts, Easter specials, valentine treats, frightfully delightful Halloween surprises. Then there is the house. I have just had my bathroom refurbished so those unique lotion dispensers towels etc make it that much more special. Household crops and pots, bedding, ornaments and unusual furnishings. I love it. Oh, and the staff are absolutely lovely.

Good range of products but a real pain having to trawl through racks of stuff trying to find something you like. Can pick up some bargains and they have a nice range of face cream that is worth a look at.

A wonderful place to shop if you want something a little different! You need to spend time in here to browse so you don't miss a bargain. It can be a bit overpowering, but if you are prepared to have a good look there's always a great purchase there.

I used to love sorting through the jumble of stuff. Not so much any more. It's all tidy but I can't be bother to look at everything in my size to see what it is. I have a voucher and need to spend it but there wasn't much in the exercise wear department that wasnt a size 6 or 16. Shame.

Huge choice of designer clothes and footwear at amazing prices, but be prepared to spend time hunting through the vast racks to find your size! There is a section where bargains can also be found in homeware and kitchen products. Recommend you allow yourself time to shop here and also try your clothing selections on for size, as quite often have found the sizes in the labels to vary from actual body size!

My local branch at St Austell has a wide range of clothes to suit most tastes & the staff are very polite. Some I've even got to know to be able to have a conversation with & not just say hello. Tkmaxx provides you with nice designer products at discount prices that will truly knock your socks off 😄 I particularly love shopping for jewelry and wristwatches here. The homesense section has beautiful home utensils and decor, you are mostly spoilt for choice on their wide range of items available.

I bought a candle online but it arrived smashed (hermes delivery) I sent an email to them and they resolved it within 24 hours, didnt even have to send the candle back to them. I find going to TK Max is akin to going on safari . You can find some great bargains, but boy do you have to hunt for perfect size and fit. There usual one or two bargains, so if you hesitate, its unlikely you see it again. I guess that adds to the fun of shopping and it's certainly worth it, when you get those rare bargains.

Set out like a jumble sale, very well odd way of displaying clothes looks more like a charity shop. Got to make an effort to root around but there is decent stuff amongst it and at good prices, just a bit of an effort in an environment that feels disorganised as an used to the traditional shop presentation methods.

This is a lovely shop in Plymouth staff have always been helpful and friendly so thought it only right to give them a massive high five. I went in there today after a well managed queuing system we were all clearly told the changing rooms are closed so please don't try anything on.... Well some people just make life so difficult for caring hardworking staff as a lady!! tried on a top over her own clothes beside me a member of staff politely asked her not to do it because now unless she buys it it has to be taken off the floor the woman just shrugged her shoulders and took it off only to try on another straight away!!!! What is wrong with these ignorant people? Just wanted to say thankyou to the staff for handling the situation calmly and professionally because I was so angry. Keep smiling through you're all doing a great job in difficult circumstances.

You never know what you'll find! This makes the trip exciting, but can be annoying if you get something once as it may well not be there the next time you visit (so if you get a delicious blend of coffee or packet of biscuits, you may struggle to find them again).

To those who commented on "bad customer experience": wake up, you are getting spoiled! Don't assume that if you come to store 10 mins before closing time - the entire store will remain open for you, with men and women who finished their working day... They are not your servants. Be patient and respectful, and you will be happy and content! <3
