Contacted via google for a home visit on my washing machine, he phoned me the very next day on the times stated in my email. Arranged to call the very next day after that, tried his best to repair my washer but in the end it turned out to be the main control panel board which was faulty. Advised me it would be more cost effective to buy a new washer than repair my old one and only charged me a small amount for the call out. Very honest, nice and reliable guy 10 out of 10 for customer service... would definitely recommend.

My washer on/off switch broke yesterday so I found J C Domestics via Google and called John after reading some of his reviews. He took the model details then rang me back with a quote almost straight away and advised if the item was in stock he would be able to come the next day. Got a text this morning to say part delivered and he'd be with me between 9am-10am and he arrived at 9am fitted new part. Excellent service and communication and will be calling him again in the future if needed, would definitely recommend him to my friends and family.

Contacted John in regards of my washing machine repair.After our initial conversation John suggested to me to contact the manufacturer for the repair as this was my cheapest option.I was very pleased that he suggested that instead of taking the job on as it saved me some cash.Very professional and obviously thinking about the customers to get the best deal even if that mean that he won't be doing the job. Emailed about my tumble dryer as it had stopped working. We recieved a call back and arranged for an engineer to come the following day. John came on time and did an excellent job and fixed my dryer. I needed to get my washing machine checked over after it failed to drain and release the door lock. I texted on Sunday, got a prompt reply and a visit the very next morning. The machine was OK. Dishwasher stopped working, called J C Domestics and they came to check it next day. Diagnosed failed pump and advised that replacement pump and labour would probably be as expensive as replacement. We sourced a replacement and they came and fitted it the day after it was delivered. Very pleased with service provided.

I have called on John's expertise several times and he has always provided a prompt and efficient service. Last week he made a 30 minute journey to examine my dishwasher which had a faulty pump. He bought a new pump at my request to fit the following week; however following his initial visit and attempts to fix, the dishwasher worked perfectly. I cancelled him the night before he was due to fit the new pump with no fuss. He has not charged for pump, or his initial call out. Excellent sevice.

I wish all businesses worked like this! Our washing machine stopped working on Sunday afternoon. We couldn't really afford a new one, so decided to take the gamble and see if J C Domestics could fix it. Rang 9am Monday morning and they were out by 11:30. Machine was fixed up nicely and all for less than a third of the cost of even a budget new machine. Fast helpful response, great knowledge and fair prices. I called at 18:51 and he diagnosed over the phone within minutes; he wouldn't even accept payment in this instance. By 18:57 (after the call had ended) I had seen it working again - I just need to order a small part. I can't recommend highly enough and would definitely use for other repairs - his call out/labour fee is £45 so not unreasonable when he comes to you either.

He was honnest and explained what the issue was (blocked reservoir & pump) and most importantly didn't try and charge for a new pump straight away. Called John out due to a faulty oven. He came out at 9am on the dot the next morning, only to realise that the oven had suffered a reset due to power outage.
