What a fabulous experience buying from Preslec in Preston for our new washer. Great service from start to finish. The guy in the shop that I spoke to was so helpful (and patient) when I asked a million questions. The two lads today arrived on time and took the time to work out how to fit our new washing machine as our pipe work wasn't quite right. The price was brilliant, worked out cheaper than online competitors but would happily pay more for the service we received plus the bonus of supporting a local company Thank you

On telephoning Preslec I spoke to Paul,who had great product knowledge, was cheerful and efficient. Mick and Jacob arrived to fit my new double oven efficiently and were polite and helpful. A first class experience shopping with Preslec, I cannot recommend them highly enough. I will always use their services in future. Well done Preslec, great customer service.

Great service from these guys. Issue with washing machine, Preslec came and looked at it. After initial tests were done they couldn't find the route cause of the problem. However they took the washer away and wouldn't rest until they had found the issue and sorted - washer now working again. Highly recommend. Massive shout out to Paul in the shop and Russell their engineer for pulling out all the stops to assist.

On advice from my electrician, I contacted Preslec about an oven repair. Russell was helpful in getting the issue fixed. Sorted within a week, which included sourcing a rare part. Very good value, would highly recommend.

Incredible service and great price from the guys at Preslec. Struggled to get a tumble dryer anytime soon from several of the so called big boys so rang Preslec, spoke to Paul and ordered a tumble dryer which was delivered within the hour and took our old one away - amazing. I would and will, highly recommend Preslec and of course I will be shopping there again in future. Blown away by the fantastic service, still cant believe how quick and easy it was.

Fantastic Service. Had the nightmare of finding the current chest freezer full and failing, popped in to shop 11.30 am, explained my predicament to Paul who got a replacement delivered and installed by a friendly and helpful delievery person by 13.30! Unbeatable service at a reasonable price.

I had first class service from Paul at Preslec. I rang on Wednesday morning to buy a TV for my cousin who is in a care home in Preston. Paul helped me decide which was the best one to buy for his bedroom and the TV was delivered that afternoon. Thank you very much.

I bought myself a brand new Dyson DC40 and The lad In the shop was fantastic he demonstrated everything for me, he was so nice. The engineer who delivered my new Dyson DC40 was brilliant, he put together the vacuum for me free of change and showed me again how it all works. He also took all the rubbish away with him when he left. I Will definitely be recommending this company to everyone what fantastic service. Thanks preslec!!

Called in this morning with a Dyson which has just stopped working. Advised by the young man that in his opinion it was less than 5 years old so would still be covered by the warrently but if not covered Dyson would do a fixed price repair. Turns out it is still under warrently so they'll be out to fix it soon. My point, in this money grabbing world its refreshing to get such honest, customer focused service. I've never been a customer before but I won't hesitate in the future

Had a double oven delivered before Christmas the men couldn’t have been more helpful . The oven was going in what was a single oven socket ,they replaced it with a double one . Wouldn’t get that service from other companies . Many thanks .
