I. T.Mr Worrall was very helpful and knew what the fault was with my dishwasher with my brief description I gave over the phone. He then gave me instructions what to do to clear the fault. After 10 minutes our machine is now back up and running with no problems.
J. C.Broken dishwasher, which Anthony found was in need of a new PCB. Because of the cost of a replacement board we opted for a new machine and he was able to recommended a good supplier. Returned to fit the new machine and made a very reasonable charge for the work done. It was a pleasure to deal with Anthony and I would heartily recommend their service, which is polite, courteous, informative and very, very reasonably priced.
P. H.We were really happy with the service we got on our fridge repair. We contacted a few places who either didn't get back to us or couldn't repair the type of fridge freezer we had. Tony got straight back to us and was very friendly and professional. He had someone out to us the next day who quickly diagnosed the problem and ordered the part...as we were going ahead with the repair there was no call out fee for the first visit. The following week the repair was done and the fridge was working fine. Both appointments were arranged to suit us and they attended on time. Thank you.
