Really easy and quick click and collect, plus great deal on tech! Highly recommended.

It's just a collection point with a few computer screens to surf and order while at store. You will have to wait until the staff gets the items of your order. When ordering on-line, it's usually ready for collecting in couple of days. Overall nice range of items in the broucher.

I find this Argos is well stocked for my needs. Service is very quick on weekdays and respectable at weekends. Location is also convenient for me. My only small gripe is that on a couple of occasions I've received products that look like returns with one actually missing some parts, so it might be best to check your purchase before you leave.

I returned an item and then searched a new one on the in store terminal. Zoe (on the shop floor) was amazing. She actually was moving from customer making sure they were ok, she was wearing the Fitbit I was thinking to get. She gave me a full look at it. I probably wouldn't have bought it but she made the difference. This is the customer service that we don't often see any longer. I am very happy with my new purchase and advice given. I wouldn't have got that service from Amazon. Thank you Argos Reading.

It's an Argos. Functional and easy to navigate. Adjacent to other useful stores as well. Apart from the McDonald's that is.

I vsited first thing on a Saturday morning to collect items I'd reserved late Friday evening online. Easily, accessable parking, few other customers, and I was served quickly. The product was just what I wanted and much cheaper than anywhere else, but it needed more detailed pictures.

Just been to return a phone delt with a tall lady with short blonde ish hair and glasses. Amazing service, really happy. Had bad service before with other staff members, excellent customer service from her redeemed the store..wish we had her name, will look out for her next time.
