I purchased my kitchen and utility from Schmidt Reading. The showroom is stunning and the staff made me feel very welcome. My designer was exceptional and helped me plan my kitchen to my ever changing building plans, she always did so in a professional manner and with a smile on her face too. The whole process went smoothly and I used the inhouse fitting team, Chris and Dan, who again delivered beyond my expectations. I absolutely recommend the team at Schmidt Reading and they have delivered a product and design that I'm delighted with.

Niki in Schmidt Reading provided me with excellent customer service. She is truly professional, no only with profound knowledge of Schmidt kitchen products, but also stand in my shoe in designing the layout and give many constructive ideas that we hadn't thought of. She follows up closely and meticulously each step after my placing of order and have been on site for many times to make sure the measurements, delivery schedule, everything is ok. Amazing service, I would recommend Schmidt for its excellent customer service.

Honestly, we looked around just about every other place. The big obvious kitchen places just wanted to sell us what they wanted and could not fit the kitchen we wanted. The Bespoke places obviously could but were at least twice the price that we wanted to spend. Schmidt provided a fantastic quality product at a very competitive price. The team at the store in Reading were very accommodating with visits, design changes and were very helpful with a wealth of experience and knowledge. Me and my girlfriend purchased our kitchen last year and we couldn’t be happier with it all. The process was seamless and easy thanks to Giorgio. A lot of our interactions had to be done remotely due to the pandemic but that didn’t stop progress and Giorgio was always on hand to answers any questions. I worked with Chris on a residential property, I can only praise him for his dedication and expertise with the project.Nothing was too much trouble, he kept me informed throughout the project. Chris produced a great design at a competitive price. The quality of the are very cabinets are solid and built to last, the appliances are high end. The installation was undertaken by the building company, which went smoothly, Chris was always available should a problem arise. Shmidt at Reading was commissioned to design a practical and functional laundry room and pantry room for a high end residential property. It was important to maximise the space and have plenty of storage without compromising on the style. Chris, the designer at the Reading showroom, provided an initial, informal design which included a rough idea of costs. Fuller designs for both rooms were then developed with excellent attention to detail and use of space. The designs were approved with just a few alterations. Chris was extremely helpful and professional all the way through the process. The installation was undertaken by building contractors. We experienced no delivery delays despite lockdown issues. Any problems were identified quickly and resolved. The products are of good solid quality, built to last. An extensive range of materials and colours were available to choose from. The appliances are of a high quality finish. I would strongly recommend using Schmidt in Reading, The support, design and service provided was brilliant. The end result is exactly how I envisioned the rooms to work and look and I am delighted with the end result. I would strongly recommend a visit to the Reading showroom.
