Contacted Aardvark Appliances as my washer dryer broke the week before xmas! They were absolutely fantastic from my initial telephone enquiries, advising me on products, through to next day delivery and installment of my new appliance. The guys that delivered were friendly and professional, dismantling the old appliance and fitting the new one. My first time using this company but I would 100% recommend and will definitely go to them in future. 😀

We needed a new dishwasher and we're unable to get one delivered and installed. Aardvark were brilliant. The knowledge of the sales staff and the friendly fitters made the whole process easy. It was fitted within a couple of days and they even adjusted the washing machine which had moved out of line. Highly recommended. Going back today for a tumble dryer!

Really good service, absolutely 5 star! Our washer dryer (Zanuss) did not drain, which is a big problem when you have two young children. I exhausted all the DIY solutions and decided to book a technician in the end. To be perfectly honest, Aardvark Appliances was not my first choice but that won't be the case in the future. I managed to get them booked for two days ahead (for a Saturday) and when Richard arrived he was all polite and efficient. He fixed the issue in less than half an hour, card payment on the phone went smoothly, washing machine is working as it should be again. I can highly recommend this company.

Once again Aardvark has been wonderful so I thought I must do a review. Our freezer broke just a week before Christmas in a pandemic! The shop was safe and the staff really helpful. Delivery was quick and the men took every care (wearing masks) They fitted it and took away our old freezer all with no fuss at all. I was so panicked and they dealt with it all. Freezer is lovely really economical to run and almost silent. Well done Aardvark!!!!

It is a massive help that you are now stocking pots and pans and other small kitchen items, with this pandemic, I am nervous about venturing into town to the larger stores but Aardvark is local and its important now more than ever to support our local businesses. Had Aardvark out for a fridge replacement this morning; they arrived within the given timeframe, and because the failed fridge was unfortunately (and poorly) fitted into an alcove, with bald and wrong-sized screws, broken bracket, etc, they dealt with and fixed the previous work as part of the job. My Aunty who is elderly purchased a washing machine from aardvark but once installed it was only a small 6k drum & in reflection she realised it was not as big as the previous machine , being elderly & unable to drive to the store I visited the showroom for her & spoke to the staff in store explained the situation & they have agreed to change the machine for a larger drum model on Tuesday with no other charge other than the difference in cost of the machines ! They then managed to find and supply a replacement white Samsung side by side fridge freezer, which are rare. Very competitive on price. Installed new one and took old one away. This was included in price. Very satisfied, as usual with Aardvark.
