Massive shout-out to Helen Moore at your tunstall branch. We had an issue and she went above and beyond over and over to get it sorted for us. We have always loved Argos because of your returns policies and service, but this was exceptional, thank you!

Very pleasant staff, quick service, clean store. Most times I can park my car practically on the doorstep and I'm usually in and out with my purchase in 10 minutes.Job done.

Clean and tidy, quick service. You have to pay £1 to park, but if you park over the road by Boots it's free. Stupid, but not Argos' fault.

Its Argos what more can you say, its clean and tidy, the staff go out of their way to be helpful, and you can pick up parcel's from here.

Great price on a Bosch mower, item was in-stock , reserved online nd collected in 4 hours. Perfect.

Okay shop Only downside like with alot of argos's when you reserve for an item to be picked up hours or even days in advance it's never ready for you to pick up straight away, you have to wait 10-15 mins on average.

I had purchased an item online and a week later I popped in to collect it, but my phone with all the information on it had crashed! The staff couldn't be more helpful, from looking up my details and giving me the order reference number, to ensuring I received my item promptly and assuring me that if it was not quite what I expected or needed they had a returns policy which would allow me to bring it back within 28 days! I would recommend this Argos to any of my friends.

Their covid precautions are good but I had to pay using chip & pin. I raised this issue with the manager but he said it wasn't down to him to change to contactless. He said the terminal was sanitised after every use. I didn't see that happening

I have been to Tunstall argos store this morning and just feel the need to thank the lovely friendly and helpful staff, it was also so well organised quick and efficient, I'd purchased a nest of tables and were too heavy for me to carry to the car, the young lady didn't hesitate to carry them to the car for me. No issues, staff were helpful, assisting customers to their cars, clean environment, wheel chair accessible albeit probably tight in the queue. A few chairs if you need it while waiting.

Bought a watch, paid & immediately the server (Julie M) said i will take any links out if desired, tried it on i said 2 links remove pls , she corrected it, still a tad loose, without hesitation removed another link..(fiddley job) Perfect result & a 5 star review...thanks to Julie M i was out in 15 mins & a satisfied customer...i like people who go the extra mile for a customer
