Reviews of The Range, Stoke-on-Trent
r. k.
This place has it all, shop in shop, huge interior, huge free car park, if you need it 90 percent it will have it, there's even a cafe which only deserves two stars because the latte we ordered was frothy milk with only a hint of coffee, seems as though they are saving on the coffee, not a friendly atmosphere, not even a smile. electrical goods, soft furnishings, frozen food etc, Good check outs. Only reason not 5 star is the price of goods is no cheaper than elsewhere some even more expensive.
S. F.
First time I have been to The Range. I have to say I was somewhat surprised at the variety of things for sale and the quality and the reasonable prices. We purchased a very nice rug for £70 and a shower head and hose for £35. We are returning for a lamp £55. I would definitely recommend this place to anybody looking for household goods.
D. F.
I've been here a couple of times. Always a huge range of products. You can spend hours just by browsing the items.
I bought a shelf last time. It was cheap, so were the fittings. I needed to use my own screws and plugs but shelf is ok.
J.
Very messy store. Missing loads of prices,(shelf tickets) staff have no ambition to help find products when you can't find something.
I understand it's busy but needs to look into customer care. Will post pictures next time I'm in.

First time I have been to the Range for a long time and I couldn't believe the changes that have taken place since then it also explains why the car park was always so full, the best way to describe it is think of Hobby craft or the works combined with a garden shop, home items, DIY tools, clothes shop and a food shop plus its got its own Costa Coffee like the main coffee shops with hot drinks cold drinks along with hot and warm snacks and to top it all its got a ladies, gents and disabled toilets all the latter mean that you can spend more time walking around the shop itself.
L. H.
Great shop with a big variety of items for sale. Plenty of craft items, household goods, garden furniture, camping items , soft furnishings, DIY items and now a food section. Everything good quality , although the plants were a bit disappointing. Some sale items were a bit daft £5.00 reduced to £4.99 amused me ! Staff are very helpful and covid provision all in place.
Revisited to look at garden furniture . Good selection available. Covid provision is no longer applicable.
L. N.
Though it didn't have what I went for, it is a great place. Did manage to get some stuff that I'd been looking elsewhere for so not a wasted trip. Would recommend a visit if you haven't been before.

Been in the store today 25th April, and like to say a big thank you to Ben who was very helpful and had the time to go and look on line for availability at the Stafford store it's a 5 star rating for Ben but only 3 for the other two members of staff, not the lady who had only just started today she also was very helpful. Thanks again Ben

An aesthetic cornucopia of goods.
A true Bazaar.
Could I suggest you charge for parking so that your car park is less static, and new customers can more easily get a space?
You could refund half the fee to genuine shoppers? Or those who had clearly been in the store the whole time? Receiptss prove it.
I have often spent more than 2 hours in store, and, once, got a postal parking fine for my enthusiasm of the Range ! :-)
I'd rather be confronted with a parking fee that might be reduced by purchases, especially since you also have the Cafe and Iceland to tempt us to stay longer? :-)

Well done the Range Stoke on Trent , my partner and her mother regularly visit this store . Friday afternoon they visited the store , greeted by helpful friendly staff as per usual , they purchased some house hold products paid and left . Unfortunately my partner had left her purse in the Wheel chair which was kindly provided by The Range 👍.. only realizing the purse was missing six hours later . In a panick she return to the store to be greeted by Deb , the purse had been found and all it's contence still inside . I would like to thank all the team at The Range . Well done and see you soon .
D. G.
On our visit to the Range we are always amazed at the variety of the products. The pet foods and the new freezer sections are particularly useful.
H. A.
Range is perfect if you are shopping for house decoration or planning some DIY. This store is big and lots of variety. Always recommended.
L. C.
They have a great selection of house hold decor, furniture, kitchen ware, all at great prices, pleasant and helpful staff.
M. L.
Been to the range lots of time and allways come out with something we have decorated our bedrooms with the things they have at the range love this place .
J. u.
Fantastic, the only place I have been to where they water the plants which are outside on trolleys, staff are so friendly and helpful, I just had to tell the management I was so impressed
C. G.
The shop was easy to go around and staff were very helpful. Only issue the garden was difficult to walk around being too small?!
L. “. L. C.
Great store with lots of stock, always feels overcowded with products, never enough disabled parking leaving disabled people struggling to get out of their vehicles in other spaces.
S. C.
The Range Fenton is quickly becoming our favourite store. We visit the every couple of weeks to stock up on competitively priced pet supplies but inevitably end up buying something else we didn't know we needed. There is now one of their products in every room of the house. They have a wide selection of home and garden products, and you rarely see an empty shelf. Pricing is sometimes not clear with shelf labels missing but it's opening times make it a convenient stop off after work. It has a large frozen food selection and well sized car park too which adds to the convenience. Staff always seem happy to help. .
C. E.
Usually like going to The Range, especially near to Christmas however on my most recent trip I didn’t find much at all, Christmas Aisles we’re a bit boring. Some of the staff were miserable and some were nice. One thing annoys me constantly at this store is that a lot of things have no prices on!! and then sometimes things are labelled wrong like the pictures I’ve put on here, one label said the 1tr coke is £1.25 then another said it is £1.50 or 2 for £2, very confusing for customers.
J. P.
A quality shop. Lots of very good stock (good brands) to cater all your needs and really good value for money. There's a cafe inside if you fancy a brew and a bite.
Situated just of the A500 so very accessible.
👍👍
H.
Lots of interesting items and helpful staff. Just wish someone would get that big hole at carpark entrance seen to. They sell gravel etc! Just tip a mix in and save your customers some car damage. Please!
T. B.
Very interesting store, good if busy car park. Lots of interesting stuff for the whole family. Not everything is such a good price, but there are some great deals in there
J. M.
Good shop with a large variety of items. I bought some art items for my grand daughter who loves them. I was suprised to see Iceland within the store which is a bonus. Quality range at the Range.
P. K. Z.
They have a good choice of things to buy and they sell food as well and they have a cafe which is reasonably priced
D. H.
Very good selection of items! Toilets are always nice and clean. Huge selection of Iceland products and now there's a nice cafe which is open finally!
G. C.
A store where you can buy anything for home and cheap. It is worth coming at least once and you will surely want to come again next time.
l. j.
Some great decor pieces for the home. And the Christmas decorations are brilliant. I.m especially pleased with these gorgeous finds. Just love them and a real bargain.
J. S.
Mahoosive!
Sells alot of attic ware (good for prezzies), art and crafts, pet and garden stuff, and housewares towels, cushions, kitchen appliances etc. Has a café too.
Never been before. Thought I'd pop in take a gander round it, but only because I was passing it on my way elsewhere. Came out with some bits and bobs for the grandchild.
G. G. L.
Best place to buy Christmas items and gifts. Highly recommended
G. E.
This store is a lot better than the back home. The car park need to get drain sorted out because there a big flood in the middle of it which there about 20 spaces that cars could not park and they all going away because of that ,But you could not fault this store. Lots to buy in there.
S. M.
Vast selection, great prices. We recently brought a pretty awesome Thanos canvas, my boyfriend loved it!
R. D.
It's the type of place that has a bit of everything including a coffee/snack shop worth a visit
K. B.
Some good bargains to be had I always get my paint and wallpaper from here always cheaper than BQ
P. K.
Not good went in for camping kettle gas tubing and regulator got then asked if had calor gas no was the answer put everything back and walked out lol
S. H.
Dragged along by the Mrs to buy Christmas decorations. Saw an ace looking Thermos flask for fishing, 1.5L capacity. Should I buy or not? Yes No. Yes No. Yes or No. In the end I purchased it for 22 pounds. It keeps coffee nice and warm for around 12 hours. But I add milk after I pour the coffee rather than risk the cooling effect by adding milk at the beginning. Also got some batteries.
C. L.
This places sells everything you could ever want for a decent price. You can get inflatable garden furniture, home decorations and wallpaper.
My favourite section is the craft section.
J. P.
Not a bad place to shop for home..
Prices are OK but some things I found expensive.. The do have a good range of products and the quality is good.
T. D.
This is a vastly stocked store, if you don't get overwhelmed with where to start or lost in the aisles this is certainly a place you'll find what you are looking for
B. M. B.
Staff are usually friendly.
There was so much stuff to choose from! Bedding an a packet of crisps and drink in the same place! Only issue is that there aren't that many vegan foods.
Have gone here a few times
M. B.
Enjoyed the food in the cafe. Very friendly people and helpful.
Enjoyed my shop too. Was there nearly 4 hours 🙈.
j. r.
As usual lots of lovely items..... Guess the price as the majority was not priced. Plenty of staff but not very appealing or happy to help. Shame as with Iceland inside it, its a great place to go and get most of what you need. Car park has 5 disabled spaces at the front and normal spaces are quite tight.
P. C.
Great stuff at reasonable prices for inside and outside your home 🏡
P. J. H.
With Christmas less than three weeks away, I expected more from the displays at The Range. I don't know if it's supply problems, or what; but there's less of a Wow factor.
It's looking more and more like a cheap discount store, everytime I go. Although there are still a sufficient depth of products, all under one roof; including a mini Iceland.
The on site cafe, was a bit drafty, but plenty of comfortable seating space. Instead of getting a meduim cappucino each, for a pound more we got an excellent cream tea. It came with a choice of scones & jams, and actual clotted cream. You can decide what medium drink to have with it, but we went for a pot of tea each; making a great end to the day.
K. K.
Everything is need under one roof, great prices
A. I.
Me and the kids we love going there. Our daughter find all the arts equipment she wants. The wife enjoy shopping in there as the stock always changing. Prices are very fair and the shop is always clean, the staff on 2 occasions they were very helpful.
A. E.
Brilliant shop with so much choice and unusual items you don't see in other shops
B. C.
Coldest shop I have ever been in, lots of stuff, some good some tat, each to their own I guess
A. K.
Nipped in for some card ended up with half a weekly shop. Loving having an Iceland in store very convenient
T. M.
Too cluttered, can't get round the ailes easily because of how they're situated, also I thought it had gone more expensive than it was🤔
K. S.
All staff very friendly and helpful, no issues when we had to return an item. 👍
A. C.
Oh my life... All the crafting bits are amazing. Lovely selection of Christmas decorations. Homeware range is quite extensive. Bits of tat here and there and the staff aren't as professional as they could be.
A. B.
If you have a penchant for affordable Americana such as reproduced metal signs advertising Texaco and the like, then your luck's in.
A. W.
Mint a new frozen food Isle They sell everything for your house and garden. everything for your missus to smash your wages on. So stay away The range beware. Women + range = no money
R. R.
Best meal I've had in ages the wine was excellent and the potatoes were yummy
A. D.
This shop is relatively cheap and has loads of different goodies. Be careful about the parking. It's only 2 hrs which goes by quickly if visiting the cafe also. Before you get to 2 hours you can go to customer services to extend the time.
N. B.
Very big, with a lot of stock. The fact that I still can't always find what I am looking for, is possibly me being overly pernickety. To be fair, I have sometimes discovered things that I had no clue existed that I have ended up purchasing. So the store has, in my eyes redeemed itself...
M. S.
A good store with friendly helpful staff and a wide range of goods, the recent addition of Iceland foods is an added extra would recommend.
M. S.
I am disabled the staff very helpful at Fenton shop manger always happy to help if l need change item or can't find what l am looking for thank you Fenton shop happy to keep coming back to you
S. B.
Partner loves it here so what keeps her happy is good 👍
j. l.
Nice to just take a break whilst shopping.
Called into the cafe " fish finger bloomer" quite poor 2 fish fingers between 2 slices of bloomer, basically one empty sandwich. On a positive I was offered a slice of millionaire shortbread with my latte for £1. Winner
Got everything I wanted from the store plus some food bargains from Iceland.
Always return
S. W.
Quick visit to get a mirror and other bits. The staff were lovely. I needed to check the corners of the mirror were still intact, lady despite looking busy on wools gladly came to help and went above and beyond. Sorry I didn't get her name! Queues were dealt with efficiently ❤️ xx
S. S.
My favorite shop some nice bargains
Always quite busy.
A. H.
Great shop with lots of choices available at reasonable prices. Easy to get to as well with plenty of parking.
J. M. B.
Love this store at Stoke best one I've been in yet xx
P. W.
Saved a tenner then got stung for 60 quid for going over 2 hours on the car park, daylight robbery!
S. J.
Sister was unable to order a picture or get one in her areas in Kent !
There was plenty in our store.lovely piccys.
Staff always very helpful.
Disappointed to hear staff were not treated to ice lolly or extra drinks or time out in this heat wave.🤯😕
Managers take note ...good staff look after them.!!
Lovely items .
My friend brought a lovely garden statue.👌
a. s.
Returned a lamp ordered on line, Customer service very helpful would definitely use again.
K. P.
This shop is amazing. Prices are a little more than others but there are so many beautiful things. They now have a garden centre which we shall be visiting again soon, they even have a cafe and an Iceland.. staff are always friendly and helpful. 5* from me
A. M.
Got what I needed on a Sunday afternoon brilliant massive range of stock
A. F.
Fabulous shop. It has wide range of items to decorate your home, from paint and wallpaper to furniture and decorative items. Pictures, mirrors, clocks and many more. You can get latest gadgets as seen in TV and even food, thanks to Iceland shop right inside. One of my favourite shops when it comes to refreshing look of your living space.
K. C.
Brilliant place. Has everything you need. And great customer service. If you can't find something just ask and they will take you straight to it. Brilliant they're.
I highly recommend going. I just wish I could have everything in the store 😆
L. L.
Always love a visit to the range, especially the crafts section
S. D.
Thank you the Range for supporting Brittish Hedgehog Preservation Society. Good selection of home/pet/garden/cleaning goods. Cafe open. Iceland food too.
C. F.
Needed a set of Helping hands magnifier and clamp for soldering. The least expensive I saw online, UK stock was £6.75. At the Range I got one exactly the same for £3.99. Oh and there was a £2 p&p charge online. Great store, really friendly Staff. A good experience I have been before, I just went and know I'll go again.
J. B.
I could spend hours in the place. It's full of such lovely things and the staff are so helpful.
T. H.
Normally brilliant at Christmas time, good selection of gifts but poor selection of decorations this year.
J. G.
It benefits from a car park outside as most ranges do, which is great. Situated in a place where most locals usually drive past at least once a week (to ‘pop’ in). It would benefit from a good tidy, usually the Xmas/seasonal area at the back of the store is in construction (looking untidy/unfinished) this has been like this every time I have visited for years. That being said the store is great and the selection of goods is amazing, the in store Iceland range is especially useful to grab a thing or two mid week (in between weekly food shops)
J. L.
Always spoilt for choice.Enjoy browsing and buying something lovely to take home. There is nothing you can't get n when finished have a lovely coffee in the cafe.Very pretty on the eye as soon as you walk in 👍
j.
Love the range everything you need under one roof. Be careful if you decide have a meal you only have two hours parking.
C. G.
They had some items we wanted, but not others like anywhere else. However, on checking our receipt when we got home we found we were over charged on 3 items. Not by enough to warrant a journey back and yes we should've checked in store, but please check your receipt against the advertised prices.
a. j.
Nipped in for a coffee. The gentleman serving me was friendly and polite. Will go back again.
Y. L.
Love the Range brought a beautiful water feature from.2 of my friends are going to buy 1
A. P.
Lovely selection of stuff friendly staff
A. K.
Great shop with everything you need for your home
H. T.
A wide variety of things both for school, the home and for the belly.
The Iceland section is generous enough to find what you need and more, and they've got a wide range of treats and milk; quite a one-stop shop with a fair range of affordable outdoor furniture.
What you pay is what you get so I recommend being realistic about your expectations.
L. R.
Love The Range, it's like Bnm, you go in to not spend too much but come spending a lot. The quality and quantity of the products are unreal. I've just brought accessories, bedding and curtains for my kid's bedroom. Just amazing. Will always go here, they have everything.
D. P.
Excellent range of products great prices.
F. B.
.I visited at a quiet part of the day, 5.30 on a Saturday, store staff were really helpful, store itself, very well stocked and still has hygiene stations and hand gel available which was fab.
N. B.
Lots of lovely things for everyone including your pets. Plenty to choose from for your home & garden. Also sell cards, crafty things. Iceland is also incorporated inside the range so can food shop as well. Cafe and toilets.
D. B.
Some fantastic Christmas decorations....even though it's September!! Lovely café but understaffed. Staff were working very quickly but it was too busy for 2 people to work through
C. G.
Our favourite shop. Excellent quality and reasonable prices, everything you need for your home and if you need a gift for any occasion this is the place for all ages. We spend a lot of time in Spain and if they had the Range there they would make a fortune, this is just the kind of store they love. We recommend a visit here, you wont be disappointed.
U. D. P.
One of the best store in the uk.
J. H.
I love the Range . It gives you lots of ideas at a reasonable price. They sell everything from soft furnishings, pictures, bedroom furniture, toys, food, pet food .etc...Pity the coffee shop wasn’t open as usually go in for a bite to eat and a coffee. Hopefully we can get this Covid sorted out .
B. S.
Everything under on roofs from furniture to Food even a cafe for Coffee and Cake that why I shop at the Range
a. a.
Big store, massive range of products. Bought some bedding, a mirror and arts and crafts supplies. There is a great choice of products. Very reasonably priced. The staff were mostly pleasant, the lady at the till was a bit patronising, maybe she had had a long day! There is a car park.
D. M.
Good variation different homeware items
S. T.
Great shop has everything you require from camping sets to cups, from lamps to lemonade.. relatively cheap depending on what you want to buy. Would definitely recommend.
N. G.
Very helpful staff and very pleasant
Got some great help from the staff 👍 the food section looks great.
Just been dir some paint good prices.
T. G.
Unfortunately I had to return some items and had to wait an inordinate amount of time. Only one person in front but with a query which went on and on. Finally another staff member came to my rescue. The store is good but I have had to wait a ridiculous amount of time on returns previously.
C. M.
A top quality day out for all the family. There's an interesting blend of complete tat and genuine bargains. Especially useful to art students, you can buy sketchbooks and materials at great value and pick up a hundredweight of ramen from the iceland bit on your way out.
h. W.
Lovely things at great prices.
R. M.
I like this place for shopping ornaments and garden stuffs, like the patio kit we bought is lovely
I. N.
I think the range is my new favourite shop! They have an incredibly wide selection of wares from fresh and frozen food through to homeware including kitchen and bathroom equipment, furniture, and decorative accessories. If you want to upgrade your house on a budget, this is the place to go. The Stoke store is massive. Allow a good couple of hours or more to do it justice. Be prepared to work with the wares: hanging points may not be even heights on the back of pictures and mirrors for instance - but that's how they keep the prices low. Parking is ample and Although the number of people in store is currently limited due to covid, access is fairly brisk and the queue moves swiftly.
J. F.
Out of stock of the item that we went for. Generally untidy. System for reduced items very lengthy.
J. E.
It's got a lot there... Just remember it's 2 hours max stay. We totally forgot (we've just moved in and needed a lot of things and were tired). It's £60 fine if u over stay
S. C.
Very interesting collection of all items.
R. P.
You always find a nice thing to add to your home on sale for a fair price. Helpful staff. Always worth dropping in.
P.
Some of its over rated, but some of its half decent. Apart from the maniacs that drive their enormous, suspiciously overcompensating SUVs around the car park, its generally a pleasant experience.
D. P.
Always enjoy going the range, plenty of things for sale, for everybodys taste, and a smashing Christmas display.
K. L.
This is a lovely store. Great range of home ware, gardening lots of lovely things for your home. All within a good budget. Helpful staff. A great little cafe. Public toilets and free parking. I go in for one thing and end up buying loads. Great shop well worth a browse After sales service excellent. All in all a very favourable store
A. D.
Disappointed I could not use my slimming world voucher I got from my local group.
A.
Great variety of products at good prices, my nearest craft store so I visit often. Shame lots of items don't have prices on.
R. T.
Anything you need for the household they have it .bedding.even garden equipment outdoor furniture even sweets and a cafe.wallpaper
Paint.everything.for the home.even fitted kitchens. Fantastic place.
J. C.
Beautiful setting and great production of Twelfth Night! Lots of people walking and visting the lovely new cafè/bar! Highly recommended!
S. B.
The Range have an excellent range of stock. Their Corona virus protections are adequate though customers take the Mickey! Would have been 5 stars but ther prices on the shelves aren't always there, I'd say at least 10% are consistently missing which is frustrating when you have a strict budget!
A. a. E.
Has almost everything..has a min section of Iceland.... friendly staff. inside store is very cold
D. F.
A great general hardware store for all household goods at reasonable quality and prices
M. M.
Enjoyed a cream tea in store's cafe, lots of bargains in store.
i. m.
I like the range, it has so many different items for interior decor. Where they lack is at paint variety and garden items. Needs better and wider selection. Other customers dont keep necessary distance either.
A. C.
I have visited this shop on a few occasions and although I rarely buy anything, they do live up to their name and have a good range of stuff.
I went in for a particular item on the last occasion and there were the usual announcements over the speakers advertising how helpful their staff are. I don't usually like to bother staff but after searching high and low for an item I decided that I needed to ask. This is when I found out that the staff (or at least the particular member of staff that I spoke to) aren't really that helpful. I asked about an item in their website which said was available in store and was literally told that "if we have it, it will be down there (pointing down the shop) along that isle (whatever isle that may be) at the end. I was a little disappointed with the response. At the very least, he could have physically shown me to the area that I needed to be. Needless to say, I left empty handed.
Overall, I do find the Range a good shop to visit and have a browse as long as you can find what you're after.
P. A.
Lots to choose from. Can buy almost anything from here.
l.
Quality, Value,Price Customer Service Fantastic
J. B.
All you could want for the house all under one roof , and all at a good price , although you do obviously pay for what you get so don't expect John Lewis quality
N. D.
Good shop, you can get almost anything from here, but the car park is a bit of a nightmare when it's busy!
K. T.
Not as good as it used to be lots of stuff not priced so a bit confusing .they said they were short staffed .a bit disappointed this time .
S.
Bigger than I expected with a far more diverse range of products than I thought they did. Noticed that their prices were cheaper than some high street stores. Would go again.
B. T.
Decent shop. Sells most household products. Some items a little over priced, other wise would of given 5 stars . I would recommend
D. K.
Its a lovely place to shop in lovely items spoilt for choice when you go in though.
N. L.
Nice selection of different things to buy
S.
As the name suggests, can get a range of things,, make sure you keep an eye on parking time, can get a fine for going over ! Which I had when I arrived to my car, a nasty surprise! They should consider the queuing customers have to do outside and inside the store, totally wrong, making money out of challenging times.
N. P.
This is a place u can get practically anything for the home! good quality and good prices too...always something different in there. They have a small cafe when it can open again and have a good selection of arts and crafts.
S. B.
The till situation needs attention, it's a bit like stepping back in time, never enough staff on them, and when there's a problem there doesn't seem to be any efficiency in dealing swiftly and the queues then get long. After having said that it's a brilliant store especially for items to add finishing touches to your home, some lovely paintings /art items too. Highly recommend the range just be aware of the poor checkout facility.
One other thing, although the car park has recently been repainted/resurfaced it fills up very fast, and the entrance serves as the exit and its problematic.
A. W.
Good range of products and not too busy. Pleasant helpful staff.
G. E.
Staff can be a little unhelpful at times, but The Range has a selection of wares at reasonable (ish!) prices.
m. l.
Lots of choice … and has a cafe and Iceland too
C. F.
Not a lot if stock must be waiting for new seasons products
M. B.
Nice shop lots of Christmas decorations etc.
L. B.
Nice store. Inspiring products and standard basics (I went for wallpaper paste). Staff very friendly and I was approached with offer of help when I needed it, thank you. Only 4 stars today, as 80% of the items that caught my eye had no price displayed. It seemed that every other item surrounding the one I was interested in DID have the price on...except the items I considered buying. Good selection of Christmas decorations and I bought

Amazing store, I visited my mum and family up in Stoke, needed some art supplys as I didn't bring any. Ended up buying almost everything! Managed to get a load of beautiful cosmetics at a really good price and then stocked up on loads of art supplys, managed to get water colours, acrylics, craft items and sketchbooks plus gifts for a really good price. Walked out feeling amazed at the bargains and really happy! I would definately go back and definately recommend the prices are compatable and really good value! 💗
G. D.
everything you want at a very good price
J. M.
I always like coming here, so much choice a good prices, a little bit of a let down today tho because an item was marked up wrong and the price for it was over a fiver more, I know things like this can happen, but still a little disappointed. All in all tho it has friendly helpful staff, and I will recommend to those are after a general shop for arty/diy/car/pet and garden.
They have a lovely cafe too and customer toilets
N. R.
I quite like the range, it provides a very good range of products at competitive prices, although the store itself is laid out well I do believe that if you were disabled that the store may be very difficult to navigate especially seems alot of the aisles are very narrow. Saying this it is a great place to start for house ideas!
A. H.
It's just like B&M but for people with a job 👍
D.
The shop was very hot and lots of people in , they do monitor people coming and going but it still felt like too many were in the store. The staff are not what you can call the most friendly, its a case no if it's not on the shelf we have no more and basically just walk away
O. S.
A very busy place at certain times. The car park is nowhere near big enough.
P. T.
The range is brilliant full of weird and wonderful things. It is huge. However please hurry around as you only get 2 hours parking. I'm on crutches and took longer. I got a fine of £100.00. 2 hours is not long enough for such a huge shop. If you are getting married and need table decorations. Look no further. I do suggest setting an alarm for 90 minutes to give you time to clear the till.
T. W.
Love the range lots of choice I'm sure you could find what your looking for here!! Prices are pretty reasonable compared to stores who stock similar, free car parking but could do with a bigger car park especially if you go at a weekend always waiting for a space, you can even get some lunch and a drink here thumbs up all round. Wheel chair accessible entrance but to be honest I'd find it hard to steer around the aisles quite compact.
P. M.
Love the Range great store, reasonable prices and plenty of choice.. The Range also has Cafe, always ample parking
C. S.
So much variety fair prices
A. F.
Always helpful and pleasant, just a bit over crowded.
E. D.
Great choice of everything. Lovely cafe..
A. J.
Was a good visit
Went to have a look at some furniture I had seen on the website before I decided to buy
Store layout is not very organised and furniture is in several different places
Would be better if in one place
Added bonus that you could shop iceland in here too :)
D. M.
A good range (sorry!) Of household hardware with a pinch of things thrown in for good measure. Seemingly better quality for deeper pockets than a few other discount cheap and cheerful stores...
K. B.
Comprehensive household goods and tools, paint etc stock and includes 'Iceland' for food shopping. Use it often.
a. T.
Aladins cave! Lots to browse at. Has a bit of everything including Iceland foods. Checkouts were very slow and the shop is freezing so wear something warm, like a wooly hat... Lol
G. G.
Most of the things you need for your home can be easily find here. Furnitures, glasses, pillows, lamps, mirrors and so on. Prices are reasonable for all pockets and the quality is quite good. Free car park is just in front of the building, and the access is easy to reach even for disabled people. As the name suggests, they have a good "Range" of products!
C. F.
Huge number of items for everything you could ever need. From pipe cleaners to plastic storage boxes, place mats to wall art they have the lot. Very reasonably priced, get what you pay for. Can be a bit of a melee at the tills but otherwise great.
G. D.
There's so much here to choose from, its gard not to spend loads of money 💰
N. B.
The range is handling covid really well and keeping track how many people are going in and out of the shop and are enforcing the two metre distance rule. My trip was quick and the staff were really friendly
m. g.
Not a bad store, with a wide range of products on offer and many are at a competitive price.
Everything here from novelty Christmas ornaments, fireworks, camping items, clothes, car products, furniture, household items and even cuppa soups, so all good.
But at peek times, the car park to this place can be a living hell to get in and out of with a car, so bare that in mind!
D. W.
Gotta love the range. Does what it says on the tin, there's a bit of everything in here, from furniture, to cat food, to Christmas decorations, to sweets, to birthday cards. It's pretty fun for a shop. Although the staff are a little rude every now and then.
M. M.
Good selection in shop and theres not much wrong with it however coffee in the coffee shop today tasted like plumbers flux. Must have had pipework done recently. I knew I recognised the smell but couldn't quite put my finger on what it was at the time.
J. E.
Found everything I needed and even got some new ideas for our next project. Some lovely items available.
M. A.
They have some fantastic bargains here, they seem to stock everything from wardrobes to pliers to pet food.
My only complaint is the parking, it's a shared carpark and spaces can be difficult to find at busy periods.
S. T.
You can get everything from pet food to craft, baby equipment to gardening equipment, home decor and furnishings for every room. Helpful staff and a cafe serving drinks, food and cakes oh and a public toilet. Make sure you leave plenty of time for your visit - you may only want a pack of screws but there so much more to look at (and buy).
d. 1.
Good store but loads of stuff no tmarked up could've bought much more but can't be bothered asking prices same from month to month 😕
S. L.
Good product range. Not as cheap as other places and some things are overpriced however there is a lot here. Outdoor clothing has a good selection and at Christmas time the decorations are great.
L. 1.
I love shopping here; they have a terrific range of products, good prices, and good parking. The cafe is nice too, clean and comfortable with good, reasonably priced food and drink. The store also has good, clean toilets, and is well laid out.
A. H.
Great place for everything & anything to do with your home. Even when just coming in for a specific item, theirs always something that captures my eye. Soft furnishings are excellent as everything located in colour schemes.
P. B.
A really good store most things you need they have at reasonable prices from cheap to high end. I would advise taking a trolley in with you as you will probably buy more than you went in for. Also they now have their Christmas decorations for sale and have a really impressive choice.
C. K.
I love the range it's got lots of nice things .but today it was far to busy people congregated around the Christmas decorations I couldn't believe how many times I had to move away from people who just did t seem to care about this deadly virus x
C. G.
One of my favourite shops! Just be wary only 2 hours on the carpark or you will get a parking fine. In my opinion, as there is also a cafe in there, time can easily run away with you and the limit should be more than 2 hours. Some much choice it's brilliant 😊
R. B.
Came to see the fabulous joey burdett doing so craft demo. Purchased lots of goodies as a result! Lovely chatty young lady on the till. Reasonably priced cafe with free tea refills. Good experience in all!
J. C.
It was my first visit, the staff were excellent and there's a massive range of goods
A. L.
The range is great it's a well laid out store, easy to find things and quite big. The cafe is very friendly and comfortable with excellent service. The afternoon tea is worth a try for £4.00
C. H.
Great for picking up all those bits you're not sure where to go for.
T. “. S.
It's alright. Your get a load of items from here and no were else. Prices are ok 'Amazon' cheaper but at least here you can have a look before hand. The staff are really helpful.
s. L.
OK but far too many items not priced or incorrectly priced trading standards would have a field day then get a shock when get to the till with your child shame as a good range of gear .
M. J.
I love this place. It has some really lovely items in store. Unfortunately many other people shop here as well and I prefer not to have the same interior home as everyone else, therefore I only buy the odd item from here.
K. C.
Ordered funiture a couple of weeks ago was told it was getting delivered twice they never turned up with it, think the range needs to change there delivery company or going to loose lots of business, cancelled our order.
C. W.
Plenty of choice the Mrs enjoyed herself lots of choice and a nice diy section to, plenty of parking and easy to get to .
M. R.
Couldn't find what I was after and there was a lot of empty shelves especially in the pet section
H. W.
I love the range! So much stuff I wish I could buy it all!.. id say items are average for prices but still definitely worth shopping at..
T. N.
Absolutely amazing place only gave 4stars has I couldn't believe that with the procedure in place for covid didn't feel safe there people every were no system in place no code to scan on thedoor asked a member of staff if they had a code and she said no only for the cafe 🙄 and the day I went it was busy yes there's hand gel etc on the front but I'm disappointed that some were like that busy didn't have a scan code in place so you couldn't trace very dissatisfied
J. A. W.
Brilliant all round store. Fab prices, great choice for home, garden, pets and now food
L. M.
I love this shop, has a good craft section, also a variety of other products and plenty of parking.
S. O.
Good priced tools, it's not all about the Mrs buying stuff for the house! Great camping bits and Bob's etc too! Well worth a look if your after something before going to a DIY srore
R. J.
Very useful shop has many useful items on sale.
S. S.
Great range of Christmas decorations
Nice home range of ideas for the home
J. B.
Hhhhhmmmm I'm torn...... let's face it there's "alot" of tat in there!!!! But being a d.i.y'er I found some great bargains that i probably wouldn't of found at b&q. The stationary/ art & crafting department is actually fabulous & there's currently lots of stocking filler cheap as chips kids paraphnalia in there as well as, you got it... xmas decs galore!!!!
L. T.
It was very busy. The staff were working flat out and still maintaining a very pleasant, helpful, friendly professional manner. The assistant on the checkout was marvellous.
S. G.
Good prices for home goods, pet food etc, arts and crafts and frozen and a little fresh food. Also outside gardening plants
C. g. s. G.
Great place to shop for house hold stuff, crafting and art items also has an Iceland. Big carpark.
R.
Really nice staff, you can find everything you need on this shop for good prices.
A. F.
The range is great, it's like a go there for everything store! You need some tupperware containers so you go here and leave with Jo only the tupperware but a homebrew kit and a wardrobe set. Parking can be a bit of an issue at times, people seem to think it's OK to abandon their vehicles where ever they please and nothing is done about it.
Cafe on site is OK, toilets are clean. Love this place
S. R.
I wish that they still sold fishing tackle, loved it then so much.
J. D. G.
What a great shop. So many lovely items. Highly recommended.
M. R.
Ordered the new Jonas & James Kitchen .. very professional service received from Kirsty , well designed and nothing is too much trouble swapped and changed items ,due to arrive mid Oct .yes that quick!
L. E.
Got everything we needed
C. B.
Some really nice items reasonably priced
J. L.
This shop is like a tasty treat! So much choice...even if its just browsing, great value to
K. B.
Great place, a Aladdin's cave of bargains & with a bonus with Iceland as part of the store ...
m. w.
I like this place it has everything you need in it
B. H.
A great place to shop for seasonal and outdoor summer and garden wear stocking a wide range of items from wall art mirrors paintings gazebos and lay z spa items sofas and furniture too pet products and groceries and small kitchen appliances .
J. E. W.
Love coming to buy my craft, decorating and home items here. Coffee and a sandwich makes the whole experience of a visit excellent day out. Could wander round for hours in this store. Friendly helpful staff to boot.
J. D.
Lots of choices under 1 roof
G. H.
Great for browsing and getting new ideas as well as grabbing daily DIY needs. Great for craft supplies. Friendly, helpful and knowledgeable staff. Large car park, toilet facilities and café. Disabled access to all areas. Limited disabled parking.
M. C.
Love it here. The iceland isnt the best but ok for basics. The range however is fab as always.
E. L.
Very helpful staff. I wish I had taken her name now who got me a very reasonably priced rug down from the hanger and moved it to the customer service desk for me. Then I was given assistance to my car with it too. Excellent service...thank you.
C. D.
Always loved the variety of products in here. Kinda like an Amazon warehouse haha. Staff are always friendly and good social distancing space :)
R. T.
I love the range, they have everything you need and their ranges are really good. I noticed now they are selling a bit of clothing for outdoors. The little cafe there is an added bonus too
D. M.
Vast range of products and value for money. Something for everyone. Staff happy and joking which is rare these days.
H. B.
I love coming to look round here, but my only complaint is the 2 hr limit on the carpark. My husband is disabled so it takes him a long time to walk around your store, particularly when he stops to browse. If we then want to make use of your cafe we find 2 hrs just isnt long enough. Could you possibly consider upping the limit to 3 hrs please
L. W.
Take plenty of money as there are so many lovely things to buy 😊
C. H.
Staff are generally friendly and helpful. You can get everything you need, don't think I've ever been in and they've not had what I wanted. Only trouble is you see a million other things you suddenly want whilst you're there!
V. W.
Excellent place plenty of variety for different people choices. Only wish the cake making had a good range of products
H. C.
Always love this store, clean, polite, always attentive to your needs, and just love all the unique bits
T. E.
Lots of tat with a few gems mixed in the product range. Some products are of poor quality so look around before buying.
P. M.
Great place to shop, helpful staff.
W. C.
Not my kind of shop I'm afraid. Only reason for the visit a friend had bought a jacket that I liked but unfortunately none left
N. D.
Huge shop with lots of different sections!!
We got dog food, baking trays, papercraft supplies and an acrylic paint brush from the same shop!!!
Loads of nice home bits to look at and it's great for brides to be who are after decorations for their reception!
Big car park and easily accessible for my wheelchair.
D. H.
Great value plenty of choice
A.
Big parking problems not as cheap as say b&m
Not a bad place to shop but I can think of number of other places.. if your local then yes it's handly place not worth say a 40 mom drive to it though
L. B.
My favourite shop! Absolutely tons of homeware & art supplies, as well as garden stuff, furniture & there's a a café! Even if you don't buy anything it's great fun to just look around!
j. w.
A good variety of items so household.. Garden.. Gifts.. Pets items..
Downside not a lot of parking quite often I give up trying to park and there is no where on the main Rd to park either
d. g.
Good range of products, store is clean, small carpark.
S. S.
Got the store recommended by a friend. Very good tip as it's got plenty of housewares and gardening also! Affordable prices I would definitely recommend a visit!
S. L.
Not many places that you can browse around and see very affordable decorative items for your home that you don't see in many other places and now you can pick up some food as well.
T. S.
The Range Stoke offers a range of products from homeware, to electronics, decorations and garden furniture. Everything is well priced and products are normally or a good quality. Staff at this store were notably friendly and efficient!
J. C.
Good selection of home goods, craft items, toys. A definite go to place.
h. g.
Absolutely love the range! It's like when you visit ikea, you can make it a family outing, plus they have a little café. I'm an artist and go here all the time to buy paintbrushes, paints, materials etc...
S. D.
Love this place. Well stocked, very reasonably priced and helpful staff. Instore cafe is good, lovely tea. Car parking is free which is an added bonus. Just remember your trolley biscuit (token/coin)!
L. M.
A wide variety of stock here but I had difficulty finding what I needed and almost gave up. A floor plan at the entrance would be very helpful.
R. L.
It is what it is! No pretentions. It has a vast range of low-end household merchandise that you didn't realise you needed! Until you went in the store. There are bargains galore and the prices are low. Beware impulse buyers, you'll spend the lot. Excellent cafe and toilets are clean and modern.
A. B.
Not too much of a queue outside & It moved quickly. Found just what we wanted & more inside. Staff were pleasant & the prices were competitive.
S. T.
Great place, cafe inside, lots of stock, just wish they had child parking bays as scary busy on the car park and getting 4 kids out is a nightmare
I. S.
Pretty huge homewares store. Selling most home n garden items. Good prices. Some nice house ornaments. Lots of craft type things. Oh lots of pet stuff too. They do a little bit of food items, but not a lot really. Very much non-perishable things. Some DIY tools and paint etc. Lots of framed pictures and mirrors.
A. S.
Only just discovered this place and I absolutely love it. You can get everything for the home under one roof and their special offers are amazing. I will definitely be back. Added bonus it also has a coffee shop
C. R.
Need water plants they half dead
D. C.
Love this store, so much choice, great quality, helpful staff.
R. M.
Still have Christmas decorations for sale..
J. T.
There's a great range on offer, staff are friendly, and there's an iceland inside too!
D. S.
Very nice and polite staff who can help if you need it, it has a cafe for a drink and a snack if you are having a look around. Some items are expensive compared to other stores but that’s the same everywhere these days.
D. F.
Well set out helpful staff lots of bargains to be found. Was my first visit but will be going back as saw lots i would like to have in my home. Parking was only let down too short a time if wanted to eat as well as shop and carpark was packed sobhad to drive round few times to get a space.
w. P.
Fantastic shop .good value good and an extensive range .had some food in the cafe a toasty. It smelled taste was awful. All bits of black on the bread like the toaster needed cleaning .I only had a mouth full and left the rest. No reflection on the stall just the cafe .also staff in cafe were really nice so I did not complain x
J. D.
Huge variety of prudcts on shelf! The staff... some are very helpful and polite, will always go that extra mile for you. Other staff here are rude and just can’t be bothered! Clearly don’t like working at The Range. Sadly I went today for some garden equipment that they didn’t stock so they have got a big range but just didn’t have what I needed today. In this shop you can defiantly forget the saying ‘kill two birds with one stone’ you can kill as many you want in here! You can get your food shopping all the way through to house hold products. They now have a cafe that I spotted earlier but didn’t have time to try! Yet to be updated!
K. J.
The carpark is free & the access is wheelchair friendly the isles are wide enough for wheelchairs, dont know if there is a toilet available, The Range is a great place to find almost everything you need from crafting for beginners to the experienced for gifts & ornaments for the home & garden lots of toys for all ages.
C. K.
Large car park.... disabled allocated parking.. wheelchair accessible. .. good quality items from furniture , lighting, craft, cards, baking, storage containers, soft furnishings, pet toys, treats .... and lots more...all reasonably priced .... there's also a cafe...
W. M.
We got just what we wanted, new nets for my son's house, and a few other things, there is s much to choose from in the Range, we love this shop
M. R.
Plenty of variety and they also have an Iceland frozen food section in store also.
Just felt that everything was so close to each other.
J.

M. d. C.
I found the range to be a good shop the staff outside telling people stay 2 meters apart however once inside all rules went out window and in que I ha some one one 6 inches away from me I tried explain to no avail and no help from staff who watched on
P. M.
A revelation 😀. We managed to redecorate and style both our girls bedrooms very reasonably with very tasteful soft furnishings , curtains, art etc. Very good range and value. Stock changes very quickly so if you like it you need to get it 😀
M. S.
Our experience at the range was very enjoyable, the choice and quality of the goods was excellent, we ate in the cafeteria, the food and service was good. Unfortunately we will not be visiting the Range again as three days later we received a parking ticket for £60 as we had been in the store for more than 2 hours.
D. G.
Good selection of stuff and the Christmas shop is excellent again the year but no matter when you go it is chaos inside so be prepared.
E. U. w. a. g. d.
Great store, but u will end up buying something u never intended on.🤷🏻♂️...
Car parks always rammed.
S. W.
Haven't been to the range since before lockdown, the store appeared to be 'upside down', I needed dog and cat food which there seemed little of I couldn't wait to get out, but that was probably due to the social distancing which some people ignore
J.
When it first opened it used to have a lot of choice, nowadays though, it has very little choice. The craft section has dwindled significantly and has is quite limited.
If you want a toy for a child though, then it's right up your street.
F. P.
Good Place quite big has an iceland but you cant use your bonus card here and also less stock just go to the other one in stoke
K. B.
Lots of lovely things but also lots without prices
k. h.
Lots of stock. Was a little disappointed that the garden area and solar light choice wasn't that great. But there's lots of things for the home!
F. W.
Very good selection but staff very few took ages to get through tills that was why queues outside were big
A. W.
I love this shop for homewares and it has a but of everything so you are guaranteed to find what you are looking for. Some of the products, mainly furniture are very expensive especially for the quality. But for homewares and decor you cant go wrong here!
J. S.
Customer service needs improving. Went without my purse and requested an item be put behind until tomorrow as significant distance to travel back again same day. Thought I'd asked for the WORLD!! Won't be returning anytime soon
C. W.
Far to many people not much social distancing. There were lots of people around the Christmas decorations so we left won't be going back in a hurry.
D. D.
A vast range of products
R. H.
Plenty to do shopping and just have a wander
A. C.
I have visited this shop on a few occasions and although I rarely buy anything, they do live up to their name and have a good range of stuff. …
B. O.
New Castle Underlyme is beautiful city with wonderful architectural designs on a natural topography
S. H.
Plenty of everything you need, reasonably priced.
H. w.
Love the Range. I always find something to buy in here. Served by a happy smiley chap. Very polite. Thanks
R. H.
I great shop always lots of choice
G. F.
Good allaround shopping experience, lots to choose from
C. A.
A good Range of products 👌
1. M. (.
Good store but parking spoilt by retarded chavs ! 😉
W. B.
Lots of products. Good value for money. Flat pack furniture instructions could be greatly improved - missing steps in instructions, components not labelled, difficult to identify.
I. H.
It wasn't to bad,i didn't need much this time. The only problem was a lot of stock in boxes on the floor making it a bit tight getting passed.
B. C.
Can the management thank Mike today for his professional and prompt manner. I visited the store today to check mesurments of an item. I then returned home and realised that the product would fit. I rung the store to check stock levels thinking that I would have no joy with service. Mike very promptly took on my request and rung me back with his answer on stock levels. Hope you are working tomorrow Mike when I collect the item so that I can thank you .
n. h.
When I first visited the range I was not overly impressed. That was a couple of years ago. Called in today and it has massively changed. Would recommend to anyone. Brilliant!!
b. 1.
Shop and staff are good. Great selection of products. Some of the customers though.....
S. D.
It was my 1st time there and I thought it was great because they had loads of quirky and unusual items . Especially in home and decorating dept
R. H.
The shop felt a little untidy and all over the place. Everything felt a little crowded. But I managed to get everything I needed abd staff were lovely and helpful
W. T.
Have shopped in this store around 5 times and I can't fault it 👍 the staff are so friendly and helpful, also when returning goods they are brilliant.. Well done keep up the good work and Thankyou.
K. L.
The Range have lots of goods to choose from basically from light fittings furniture electrical goods plus it as a lovely costas were you can by food & drink it ideal basically for going there to have a look at some bargain & having a chat in the canteen place.
D. M.
Was quite busy and shelves abit empty but I got something I didn't think I needed so worth a trip
B. L.
Good range of home decor
D. L.
Great cross between a Department, Homestyle and Hobbies store. Incredible range of quality products are very competitive prices. The store also has plenty of free on site parking.
G. E.
Good range of products, however some things are grossly overpriced and are cheaper elsewhere. With a nice selection of home goodies, I always leave with more than I intended on buying!
J. B.
Always good to visit the Regent.
N. V. I.
Good range of stuff for an Craft Artist, also a good range of products for an interior DIY project. In this period of the year they have a greate range of Christmas decorations available. Great job The Range.
J. B.
Good shop with plenty of choice, staff seem to not be too helpful though. Asked to help find something as was just pointed in the general direction of what I wanted. Never did find it so went elsewhere
D. E.
Love this place. Ordered from the website and collected 3 days later in store.
N. R.
Helpful staff, easy to find things. So many things I want to buy
M. B.
Nice friendly place lovely coffee
S. B.
Love this shop, always so busy though. Needs to open till 9pm or 10pm to spread the customers out.
L. B.
Visited today and was overcharged for an item which was not even in my trolley customer services refunded straight away but then my mum was served and she was also charged for an item which she had not purchased.. Again she was refunded but how many others were over charged/charged for items not in their trolley?
H. W.
Was good in there but we got a parking ticket cn only park for 2 hours but they did sort it out out would recommend that you go to the desk where you go in give your car number plate so you can stay there longer without looking at the watch every few minutes xx
M. A.
This place has so much and great bargains too I love the floor lamp I have just purchased and the staff are so helpful, it's clean and tidy, plenty of parking space, shame there wasn't mobility carts with it being so big as would help disabled people to shop around in comfort
C. H.
Very good place for home decor. Lots of lovely wall art and lighting. Good for craft accessories and paint and wallpaper supplies.
A. W.
Many different items & ideas available at a very reasonable price, but no round black washing up bowls 🤔
C. T.
Same old same old. But, I did get what I was looking for.
D. D.
Used to go to the cafe for lunch and always spent while there, but the cafe prices have risen, and for instance ; the baked potato which used to come with side salad, is now without and £1 for the salad, and most other things dearer too.. Will be visiting less often now..
F. F.
Love the craft section, its the best. The staff are very helpful. I always find the things I want and some things I didn't know I wanted but just have to have. Take lots of cash ❤
M. C.
Staff always polite and helpful. Got a good craft and art section which pleasantly surprised me.
L. H.
Great value home ware and gifts. I think you can get most cheaper elsewhere if you shop around, but for convenience of one place it's great. You can drop on some real bargains too.
O. F.
Got some good value xmas and home wares. Would have been five stars but struggled to park. Would have liked to see a staff member outside to help direct parking especially with xmas rush.
C. B.
Has pretty much most things needed, only issue that annoyed me was random boxes around outdoor section with Bbq's but not price tagged
J. M.
Great for picture frames, if you get poster size ones open them up as 9 out of 10 are broken
S. H.
Love shopping at the Range ,don't go that often but when i do i always get what I'm after. If your after house hold items then the Range is the place..
M. J.
The staff were really helpful .was looking for artificial grass ook at on roll .a young man showed me an alternative that was more in the price range I wasooking for .he took it to the till for me then to the car .he was so helpful didn't get his name .I came back the next day to buy some paint .looked for him to say thank you and the grass was perfect for what I wanted .always get what am looking for and the staff are great xx
A. T.
It’s ok the range in Stoke has an Iceland food store now
But the pet items such as Hay and dry pet food next to the fridge meats like ham put me off because of the smell
S. m. “. C. k.
Loved this shop staff. Very accommodating and polite. Very tidy shelving and products, needed to have. More time in shop. A few hours perhaps
H. K.

A great store with a good "range" of household and garden items. Also a great place for art and craft materials. Parking can get busy at times.

Good range of products at a reasonable price. Selections for home, hobbies, pets and diy/ worker stuff etc . Could do with more parking and a better exit as cars were getting stuck.

Love The Range, could spend a fortune in here. Only gripe about the store is that it can regularly, have experienced this on every visit, be difficult to find prices for item. Ideally a couple of price scanning machines mid-store would help solve the problem.

This shop had such a variety of quality, household goods at reasonable prices. Some of the designs of particular items are stunning. There are items here for everyone

Good amount of space for walking around in but hardly any floor staff to assist you.

Good range of products let down by uneven floor not good for my disabled wife

This is a store that has basically everything you need for the home, the Christmas display is brilliant this year. The only downer at this store is you only get 2hrs parking any longer and you get a fine through the post.

It's a massive store.. We got lost in it for a good while. But to be honest with you guys the quality is not the best. Didn't leave with anything considering how many products much be in that store.

Large car park outside and easy access for wheel chairs. This store is one of the biggest and best I have seen within the chain and has everything for your home at great prices.

Great store with lots of great products.

Brilliant place !! Loads of modern , colour organised choice of home decor.
Well priced , the only down side is you want to buy more than what you went in for:-)
Recommend.

There was lots of choice, they had the curtain hooks I needed that I couldn't find elsewhere and the prices were very reasonable.

That's a great place you can more or less get everything you want in one place
J. D.
Lots to see friendly staff very helpful only down side parking you are only allowed 2hrs then parking ticket automatically issued to be fair this only happens because people parking from Stoke Station means customers can't get a parking space so hence tickets but if you take ticket to customer services ticket will be revoked
M. M.
Always end up buying something !! Fantastic choice of everything !!
