On this occasion Phillips were not able to solve the problem due to parts required are from China. They attempted the repair but unfortunately were not successful. That said my money was reimbursed on the day. Their service is first class and their staff are top notch. I would not hesitate to use them again. I would recommend them and do too family and friends. They are honest and forthright you cannot ask for more.

Absolutely first class service. Would not go anywhere else. Having read reviews I was a bit dubious about using them but I was not disappointed. The girls in the office are uplifting and so helpful and the installation team second to none. Back story.....my oven was not working so they replaced the heat element. Took about 40 mins. That didn't work and no charge to me! So they arranged to take it to their workshop to diagnose the fault. They ascertained the select switch had gone and replaced it. However they could not get the digital timer to go to manual as it had given up the ghost! They must of spent at least 8 hours of manpower and paying for parts that was to no avail and bought the hindrance back to me.... but they didn't charge me a penny! The service is impeccable and the team Ieuan and Pip were amazing and respected my home. If you want top class this is where you need to go for service. Outstanding. I wont go anywhere else

Cooker kept tripping out when hot so gave them a call. Engineer unable to fix in situ so took into workshop and they were able to sort and refit for us. Good service and reasonable cost. Thank you guys.

Very helpful and friendly service. An engineer called to repair my oven on the morning of my call. He didn't have the correct parts on the van and took my oven to their workshop for tests and a quicker repair. It was returned in working order later in the afternoon. I was very pleased with the service I received and will use the company again.

I was in need of a heating element, due to the fact that I ordered online and they said its out of stock. Why don't they mention that on the website. I could not wait two weeks especially with children, they need the ovan for their burgers etc. I then contacted Philips and they had a few in store, i went down the following day and they had kept a heating element behind the counter for me. I pickeit up and installed it within the hour, thanks to Philips i would have been in limbo. A top class service. Regards Paul.
