Next is always a go to place for me and my family for stylish quality clothes at reasonable prices. The staff are always friendly and ready to help. This visit was only brought down due to the fitting rooms bring closed for the sale. However, more then 50% of the store was not in sale mode and when we visited it was quiet

This must be one of the flagship stores for Next. Lovely spacious store with amazingly welcoming smell wafting around each turn you make. Nice natural wood with white walls and bright lighting lend to a relaxing shopping experience. In the centre is a Homebase garden shop offering some very healthy plants and garden accessories. Overlooking and wrapping around this courtyard is a Costa, again a nice, spacious area with views onto the plants in the garden centre.

Really big store and a good selection, but like with every other Next store the focus on clothing is 100% on women’s. There is often no stock of clothes unless it’s in S or XXL. The last few times I’ve been there’s either been a queue with one person on the counter moving at a really slow pace or been told the counter is closed and have to go and pay downstairs

Visited here years ago and it's improved massively. Lots of options, lots of stock and plenty of choice. We almost bought a toaster and kettle we liked so we may revisit.

Visited 7pm for a suit with my son on 29/6/22. Very helpful friendly staff. One star less as alot of sizes missing in suit trousers or jackets and not alot of long sizes in jackets

First time I had visited this store and I was more than impressed. There was a huge amount of sofas and chairs to choose from and had no problem choosing what we wanted and then ordering on the internet. Very much a fan now. Will probably go back to buy a rug, just wish it was closer. We are an hour's drive away but it was well worth the effort.

I went to Costa Coffee in Next Home. The experience was ok but not great. Most eateries cannot cope with number of clients within a reasonable time. I asked myself how long am I prepared to que before being served? Then look for a clean table to sit down and eat my toastie. Drop in the cafe Not at peak times.

Great out of hours for a next store as lovely and quiet. The staff generally seem quite low on morale and personality. Definitely some engagement required from a manager level as difficult to get service especially in the men's and home department.

I was looking for a pair or two of chinos, I'd looked around the famous store near IKEA that has two initials with & in the middle! Next undercut them by £2.50 a pair, and the quality was way better. Their home store next door is a great place to buy expensive but well made things for the home.

The store was eerily Quiet, no-one around. Just a Greeter and a Cashier hardly a sound. Floors Stickers said 2 meters was the rule of the day , sanitiser and plastic partitions guided the way. The entrance was near but the exit was far, through the home section I ventured to get to my Car.

Really put off with your directional arrows. No masks available to purchase should I forget them! Boots didn't have any individual ones either so let's say I'm not paying £10 to shop with you before I even know if I want anything. I needed a replacement shade for a ceiling light that a customer of my Company had purchased. Unfortunately whilst we were working at their property 1 shade was accidentally broken. A large and well stocked Next home. They have alot of their different lines on show, including sofa's, chairs, coffee tables, dinning furniture, as well as lighting and soft furnishings. They have a outdoor area showcasing their patio and garden furniture. You can also stop for a coke and other refrehments at the onsite Costa, situated between the home store and clothes store. Strangely there is also a O2 store sandwiched between these too.
