Bought a replacement refurbished double oven when we moved into a new house as the one that came with it one was faulty. It was very clean and looked as new. The service was great, they even re arranged the delivery and installation promptly when we had to cancel due to having to isolate. Fitted replacement and removed old oven in around 20 minutes. Great service. The replacement is still going strong 3 months later.

Our oven broke just before Christmas and ABC appliances had a suitable replacement in stock which they prepared and fitted the next day. Excellent friendly service and very reasonable costs for fitting and taking away the old oven. Great!

I have had several installations from ABC Appliances and always found them friendly and willing to provide a second hand appliance when you really don't want to invest in a new product. I purchased a Rangemaster from this shop and am very happy with it. They fitted it expertly and gave me a number of options in regards to the electrics found behind the old cooker. They then returned after I chose to get the electrician I usually use to tidy it up. All for the same price. Never having had a dishwasher before I returned to them to get one. They installed it, showed me how it worked and even still now give technical advice over the phone should I need it. They even removed my old appliances and paid me for them and they were really really old

Warmly welcomed, great customer service, I don’t smoke but there’s a vape shop installed inside there too. Appliance repairs on site, offer pickup and deliveries, unique pieces for sale along with more modern equipment. Parking is fairly easy to find and free and it’s on a lot of the bus routes and train station.

Delivery driver was not very friendly. Failed to phone as promised an hour before delivery which resulted in a failure to return machine. The quality of seals used is questionable as it tore in the first few weeks of use. Also, I was told by the owner that the seals he uses cost £15 and I don't think you get quality for that.
