The service offered by Matt was excellent. My GHD hairdryer had not worked for some considerable time when Matt assessed it. In less than 24 hours it was fixed thanks to his expertise. He is personable, professional and I have already started recommending his services to friends and family. Thank you Matt!

Matt is extraordinarily knowledgeable and super accommodating. Having taken a kettle to him to see if it could be repaired, he took five minutes to take it apart and assess it to give me a quote or to see if it could be fixed. A quick check revealed it wasn't possible to fix it (due to brand designs which sadly promote the repurchase rather than repair approach), but Matt kept me updated at every step of his analysis, even though half the time I was desperately trying to remember my high school physics and technology classes to keep up with him. Great guy, great service, highly recommended.

Dropped into Matt a 4x slice Dualite toaster which was being saved from a scrap pile (literally!) Matt quickly diagnosed the issue to a thermal cut out (apparently a relatively new feature on the Dualite), quick clean and oil up of the timer and toaster lives to fight another day. Toaster now resides in the mess room of a farm where it's getting used a lot! Thanks Matt

Matt provided an exceptional service. The repair took quite a while to complete but Matt was accurate with the initial quoted timescale and potential costs. In fact, the final cost was slightly lower than the original quote as Matt was able to repair several components rather than replacing them unnecessarily. I can highly recommend his work and if I have any technical problems in future I know where I will go.

Matt was supremely flexible and understanding of some awkwardness we had with dropping a lamp off and picking it up - and was thoroughly lovely and professional in all aspects of the repair. He replaced a dimmer power supply on our quite expensive lamp that would have otherwise been bound for the tip - i thoroughly recommend him for any appliance saving work!
