A big The Range store here in Wrexham and lovely welcoming, friendly staff and the indoors Café is good. Comfortable chairs and spacious with great staff doing their best to relax you with a great cup of coffee, my cappuccino with lactose free milk was perfect! Spacious, clean and well organised aisles with well stocked shelves and products. Thanks to you all and certainly will be back.

This store is great & there is a very wide selection of goods ranging from household items to garden & outdoor goods. The aisles are easy to navigate & the store is clearly sectioned well in a well thought manner. There's a limited amount of car cleaning products are here, there is loads or decor, there's kitchen utensils, arts/crafts, DIY items, seasonal goods, copious amounts of food products & much more. It's all at a great price also so I'd like to say that this is a fantastic shop to have in Wrexham. I believe it replaced the old Homebase but it is a massive improvement compared to that place and the name "The Range" really describes the place for exactly what it is. The cafe at the back of the store isn't too bad either. I've only eaten there once but the toastie was nice 😋

Love the range!!! I could spend a fortune in this place, and often end up doing just that! From their home range to their garden centre, there's so much to choose from and so many stunning items. The only downside I would have to say is there's been a few times the items they have on display are not available to buy due to being out of stock. They also won't sell the displayed items. Apart from this, the range has to be one of my favourite places to shop!

Superb customer care, Jo in the gardens department went way over and above usual customer care expectations to help us, she moved 240kg of gravel from her department to our car, in baking hot weather, and was so friendly and helpful she deserves a medal. More generally, there is a great amount of choice, and prices are generally good value.

Phoned them to check if an item was in stock and they put it behind the customer service desk for us complete with the bulbs we needed. They were so helpful and obliging unlike our local Range who wouldn't even check their stock!! We travelled from Shrewsbury to Wrexham to collect the same day. So pleased and a lovely clean and well presented store.

HGreat choice of household goods and garden equipment and a very good Iceland store. Difficult concept to get over that you can buy a pair of wellies and a packet of magnums at the same time! Unfortunately at the moment it's absolutely crammed full of stock dangerously stacked on crates and trolleys. Rubbish and cleaning stuff everywhere. Utter chaos.

The actual shop is great, just it seems to be understaffed, and the staff that are there seem to spend their time talking to each other. I was there on a Saturday and they only had one till open, so big queue to get what i wanted to purchase. The store and products were great, and chances are with the selection there you will find something you didn't even realise you needed.

Be aware.....if looking for the toilets they are in the left hand corner at back of store but not easy to find. Once you know where they are you'll remember next time. Signage virtually at ceiling height and not that obvious.

Bit of a mish mash of homeware, hardware furniture, food, DIY and garden. Reasonable prices but some items are either cheaper or better quality elsewhere. Convenience is the premium you are paying here over somewhere like Wilko's. On site cafe. Ample free parking and convenient location at one end of a retail park.

I’m a frequent shopper at the range and can’t fault the staff or the products they sell, even during the pandemic they’ve all been happy and smiley. The lighting department is amazing but I end up spending too much money there! The customer service team are probably the best out there, no problem is too much for them to help!

Visited here a few times. Very nice looking store 👍 i was wondering around looking for a present for my niece on my latest visit. A young lady noticed.. probably by the look of lost in my face as I had no idea what to buy a 6 year old (I think her name was Nicola or Nicole).. she offered her help in finding something suitable for my niece and took me to the toy isle and the arts and crafts etc and made my experience so much easier.. because you literally can walk around for hours here.. I settled on a frozen toy and my niece loved it so I'm more than greatful for her help ☺️ Very smiley and friendly staff I love this store! Definitely give the cafe a try when visiting! Wait times on tills can be a little bit long but is expected as there seem to be allocated staff to tills until others are prompted by customer service to tend... I will 100 be back 😁☺️

This is my ten year old daughter's favourite shop, I reckon she could easily spend an hour walking around in here without actually buying anything. She told me today she was looking for decor but not art. Anyway it's got a very wide range of stock, lots of it reasonably tasteful. It's kind of of halfway between Dunelm and Wilko's, probably a little nearer the first mentioned. It would be easy for some people to get shopping fever in here and spend more than they planned.....not me though, as I dislike parting with money.

There's a lot of variety in the Range so if you want to go to one place for lots of stuff then this is the place. However it's quite expensive for some things - better bargains elsewhere but it does depend on your priorities. Always had good customer service here.

This is a big store filled will a huge range of Houseware, Gardening and Stationery. It also has a Cafe and a Iceland. One problem this store seems to have is that it has to many items the aisles are small and cramped. I also saw many products/shelf's that had no SELs (price label) on them as this is a new store I'm sure this will be corrected in time. However the products themselves seem to be of high quality and very nice and at reasonable prices.

I bought a kettle from the Deeside store which had a two year warranty, after 13 months it stopped working so I returned it to the Deeside store with the receipt to be told they couldn't help and to contact customer services.After an endless wait on the phone only to be told to go back to store which I did and again they said rather rudely they couldn't help.I decided to try the Wrexham store and was so glad I did, I was dealt with by Angela and Alex in a polite and friendly manner who agreed a refund and apologised for the lack of customer service from the Deeside store. Thank you Angela and Alex you are an asset to The Range.

A really handy store an the edge of Wrexham just off the bypass. The store has a very wide range of products from DIY, decorating, gardening section and much more. Within the store they also have a cafe that serves hot food. This is a welcome break as you browse the store. Also Iceland has a section in the corner of the store, making it supper convenient if you need some supplies without battling into town.
