M. F.Aladdins cave of reclaim. Pricey perhaps but I guess this stuff is now. Bespoke leaded lights made in house look good.
N. I.I have been restoring a mid-Victorian house for over twenty years and can honestly say that Architectural Antiques are the best of the best in this field. They combine astonishing knowledge of their subject with impeccable practical skills in supplying, restoring and installing the features which give life and character to older properties. I could not recommend them highly enough.
A.Fantastic place for original period fittings and features. A family run firm with a wealth of knowledge. I have been so impressed each time I have used them with their willingness to ensure I was happy at each stage and the fitting was top notch. It's great we have a salvage yard like this in the local area instead of travelling to London. Than you so much Paul and Leigh you have made my home beautiful again !
H. H.We used Architectural Antiques to take out our old gas fire and surround and install a wood burning stove. They sorted everything out for us and did a fabulous and very professional job. We're really pleased with our new stove and couldn't have asked for any better service
H. P.Recently we had our fireplace revamped by Architectural Antiques. We now have a wood burning/multi fuel stove, a new hearth, and our original but modified oak surround. The surround is now lower and less dominant in the room and has a new but antique slate mantelpiece. The finished fireplace is a transformation. It is just a shame that it is too warm at the moment to use the wood burner.
We are very pleased with the work that was done - very professional, a high standard of workmanship and very nice people. It was also a one stop service as it included the roofing contractor and building control. The team were very accommodating when there was a change of design, instigated by us, resulting in significant additional work being required. This was fitted in at very short notice, for which many thanks go to AA.

T. G.After having had 2 stoves fitted, each job very different, they did a brilliant job with all aspects from the chimney lining to the plastering, brick pointing, arch preservation, floor board reconstruction and treatment, hearth tiling .... and to the stove itself of course. Thank you.
J. L.Paul oversaw his team of skilled workmen fit a Charnwood logburner. Despite some major work it was all completed with a minimum of fuss and mess in a very short period of time. A highly professional, pleasant, reliable and trustworthy team and I would not hesitate to recommend their services to anyone else in future. The logburner is an excellent investment and has saved a small fortune in heating bills.
