If you are looking for an architect, then look no further! From the initial appointment we were really impressed with Ben & what his company had to offer. He has been absolutely fantastic throughout this whole process and we honestly couldn’t recommend him and his team enough! In what feels like a daunting task of getting planning agreed with a local council, we felt he was with us every step of the way. He had fantastic ideas for us & helped us design our dream kitchen & get it approved. The reviews for this company honestly speak for themselves. Exceptional! That is the word we'd use to describe the way Ben and Denise supported our journey. Starting by the suggested design, up until the delivery of the technical drawings, we were extremely pleased with the quality and standard of service that we were provided with. Ben has a gift to make things very easy to understand to someone that, like us, has no experience or knowledge in the area. He listened, understood and improved our inital concepts to a way that we never thought it could be done! Ben provided advice and undertook all of the work to obtain planning permission and building regulation approval. I’ve now received an extremely professional pack which includes everything required to start our build. I was kept updated on progress every step of the way. Nothing but praise! Since the beginning of the process, Ben was accommodating, clear and to the point. The handout you receive at the start explaining the process is a little bit of genius that really helped us understand the end to end process quickly and easily. The plans were drawn up quick, with great quality and all of our feedback and questions were considered. As for dealing with the planning application, it was a breeze. I barely had anything to do. Ben and his team ensured it was all dealt with and the application went through first time with no amendments. Any question I had, they were on email or phone ready to help. Outstanding company to work with. From making the initial enquiry for quotation through to job completion, Ben and Jodie have been fantastic. Extremely efficient , communicative and with the delays related to Covid impacting the local councils they have gone the extra mile to ensure timelines were met. Can't fault Ben or the PPCo Ltd. The service offered is high and usually of fixed cost covering all thoughts and plenty of opportunity to rethink and modify without cost. Plenty of advice offered also, options for building control and civil eng consultancy passed too. I spoke to Ben, long after the plans were passed to us and his commitments had officially ended and he was every bit as helpful.

Ben’s advice was invaluable in getting our extensive planning permission passed and his design ideas were far superior to the other architects we met with. Instead of feeling like we were having plans forced on us, Ben listened to the brief and made the best use of the space for the areas we were trying to create. The PPC have been amazing at every single stage of our planned property extension. As a couple with two young children, who have never extended a property previously, their patience, support and sound advice has been much appreciated. Although we had a rough idea of what we wanted to do originally, Ben was able to take our thoughts to the next level, raising questions and alternatives along the way, to ensure we were always thinking about how we ultimately wanted to live in the property - which has become even more important during the events of 2020. No question ever felt too ridiculous, and he was even happy to draw up scenarios / alternatives where we were unsure, to help clarify our judgement. He has also provided significant support in dealing with planning, building control and the drawings for steelworks – we have pretty much left it all in his hands. And this was all for the same agreed cost upfront, which was over 50% less than any other alternative architect we spoke to in the area.
