Excellent service and very knowledgeable. The Engineers like to take time to explain everything in detail, which I appreciated very much as I like to understand things myself. They took on a complex project for my commercial property which required SER certification. I hadn't the slightest clue as to what that meant as I am based in England and this was a Scottish venture. However all was dealt in a very professional manner with a huge thanks to these guys. Will definitely come to them again for my next project

My Wife & I had been left in a really bad situation with a kitchen company and they had removed our old kitchen and utility room plus started to take away a structural wall that they believed wasn't structural, They walked away from the job and left us with no kitchen and now had to get a structural engineer asap. Hashir at Lead Structural took my call and came out on the same day to take care of the structural report and get the ball rolling asap. His speediness and care was second to none and we cant thank him and his team enough.

Very professional and un-rushed service. The engineers could not have been more helpful in achieving my goal of creating a brand new extension in the rear garden. To do so I was advised I needed planning and architects plans which were dealt with on my behalf by this company. I also needed to remove a large rear gable wall around 5 meter in length between my existing kitchen to allow for uninterrupted access to the new area and dinning. I did not know any contractors or people to conduct the site investigations required or pricing for the works and again I was given advice and steered in the right direction through out the process. Will be using again on other projects.
