Well, what a difference a good architect makes! After dealing with a different architect who couldn't understand what we were after and gave us a set a plans that were nothing like we'd discussed, we started the search for a new architect. Luckily we stumbled across Ricky and what a pleasurable experience it's been. He got what we were after straight away. When we got the first drawings back we made a couple of very minor tweaks and that was it. Ricky made the whole process so straightforward and we have complete confidence in him. We would most definitely recommend.
