m. c.Studio 31 have been massively supportive, knowledgable and managed to overturn our second revised planning application by great knowledge of the planning laws. Sunny worked with us for over a year from the original application to our revised requirements a year after the first application was accepted. the revised application has now been accepted and thanks to Studio 31 we can now begin our project. Our project is a domestic extension which on the face of it should have been straightforward however our Local Authority is notoriously difficult to deal with over planning matters.
