They took their time understanding my specific requirements for my loft and terrace extension and were patient when I changed things multiple times until the final drawings. Zak was an absolute professional. Thorough, proactive and a pleasure to work with, even when working with a tough borough to get any kind of outside space. The service that we have received from one of the architectural designers/architects - Amine for EA Extension Architecture has been brilliant, thoughtful and innovative. He has taken our plan and developed it into a design which covers all our aspirations. I should set out that I don't write testimonials or reviews as I, as a professional myself, expect a high standard of work in any event, however, in this case the work completed by Amine has been exceptional. He has taken on board all our requests and our idiosyncrasies and explained each step of the design and where we are able to gain more space with clever designs and attention to detail. Unbeknown to Amine was that he was competing with 3 other firms for our loft and wrap around kitchen extension. He managed to show us designs and innovative ways of achieving what can only be descirbed as an outstanding piece of work. The superior understanding of what we desired from our extensions left us in no doubt as to who we would instruct to complete our work. For these reasons above we went with EA extension Architecture.

We engaged with several members of the team for different elements of the project including a junior PM, an interior designer and the owner himself with varied experiences. EA gained its 5 star review because of our experience of working with Steph who was our architect and a thorough professional! Our project is quite ambitious as we are converting our detached chalet bungalow into a house - my brief to Steph was wanting a final design where you had no idea of it ever being a bungalow. She delivered in spades! Steph has designed us our dream home! I enjoyed the structured discovery stage where we completed a number of questionnaires, discussed our budget and shared our ideas via Pinterest. We had numerous sessions where Steph listened to our ideas but also inspired us. We collaborated and used images I loved to work towards a final design. Steph provided 3 design options and we merged these for the chosen solution. We were quite particular and wanted to go into a lot more detail than might have been needed at the stage we were at, but Steph was never anything but accommodating, patient and enthusiastic. As we progressed, we did ask for changes along the way as we gave things more thought and Steph took all of this in her stride. Steph works so hard and has many clients but gives each one 100% I'm sure. We would explain new ideas we had and she would understand right away and agree on next steps. The pre application and planning permission processes were seamless due to Steph's attention to detail, comprehensive research and excellent planning. We are so excited to start the build with our structural engineer and builders all having such an exciting blueprint to work from. Thanks for everything Steph!

very pleased with their planning knowledge and managed to get the 8m extension that I had wanted Their interiors team did a fantastic job in creating my ultimate pad. Really pleased with the fitted wardrobe and kitchen design they designed and their recommended builder fitted. It was sourced from Germany and Italy at a price that beat Sharps and Hammond's. Have recommended 2 neighbor already.

Contacted the firm to enquire on the installation of potential roof terrace on our maisonette. Gave a very honest and informative response; it's unlikely we will get planning permission. I was very impressed and will consider them for future work.

After approaching a few firms to design, manage and build our side return extension, we settled on Extension Architecture after they made a good proposal and came across well. I can happily say that we are really pleased with the end result. Our house has transformed into exactly what we were imagining. Youno - the director is clearly passionate about getting the right result, and has a good eye for aesthetics and attention to detail. There were a few missteps and miscommunications from one project manager, but thankfully the firm responded well and another project manager, Young, took over and did a fantastic job of keeping things on track during the pandemic. Special mention for the builders on the project. Lal and his team were pretty tireless and always good natured when it came to making sure things were just right for us. I would recommend this company, and if you can, ask to have Lal doing the building work.

I have been impressed with EA thus far. They were very creative in their approach with my loft and extension from the onset with their immersive design. I did pay a little more for the 3D service, but it was well worth it as it could allow myself and my partner what was going to be built. This also helped with my local planning officers in Kingston that can be a nightmare to visualise that I was not having something just ugly. I felt comfortable going into the build and their 3D's look exactly like what I have now built. Thank you team for your comprehensive service from beginning to end.

I’m highly recommending Extension Architecture for their expertise to turn around a difficult planning application that I had refused from 2 other architects and they managed to get my additional new house at the end. A 3 year journey, but it was well worth it! I cannot appreciate enough their planning knowledge, and also now we are breaking ground. Their tender pack has saved me alot of hassle in choosing material inside the house myself. Especially their kitchen design has been great and cannot wait to see it realised.
