Extension plans UK helped me out of a really tough spot that my previous Architecture firm left me in such as incomplete or inaccurate designs which did not pass Building Regulations. I approached Extension plans UK to salvage the project and they have been absolutely amazing. They were responsive and professional to ensuring the project(2 storey side + rear extension project) was approved by building regulations(BR). They professionally listed all the steps and executed on them without any delays. They clearly demonstrated experience and expertise when it comes to property extension projects. So so happy! Found Extension Plans UK online while looking for affordable architects who don't compromise on quality. We were after something very particular, and from the first time we spoke on the phone following the online quote, I could tell they'd do a great job. They are professional, polite, quick to respond, extremely helpful and very considerate of the client's requests. We got the loft conversion & ground floor extension drawings done, as well as the building regulation drawings, party wall agreement and Thames Water manhole relocation plans. Everything was handled perfectly and saved us so much headache for an extremely reasonable price. I was initially concerned about us measuring the house ourselves, but when we got our existing plans back, they were absolutely spot on (even the complex weirdly shaped brick fence at the front of the house)! Philip and Cameron took all of our requests on board, making a couple of rounds of amends at no extra charge until we were 100% in love with the plans. They truly went above and beyond. I've been recommending them to all my friends for future projects and will definitely use them again on our next grand designs venture :D
