R. E.We used Gruff for our self build project. They led us seemlessly through the initial concept designs, planning, onsite construction and even produced a house manual for us after the project was finished.
Having completed a big project I'd say that the architect you choose is the most important relationship you establish (more so than the builder or other trades and services) and we were very happy that we chose Gruff. The team were very friendly, good communicators, had good attention to detail and importantly came up with great designs.
I'd happily work with them again.
