L. C.As clients, we were uniquely positioned having renovated homes before but never in the UK. IT was the first time we had used an architect. Satish was collaborative and worked well combining our ideas into his design. Satish guided us through the whole process, managed our expectations well, and answered all of our questions - and there were many. Due to the combination of a difficult site, limited budget, and a hybrid build with us as owners sourcing and supplying much of the fixtures and fittings the renovation took longer than expected. Even after our contractual arrangements were concluded Satish stayed in touch with us and the build and was able to troubleshoot any difficulties.
