We needed to create habitable space under our vault and hence required expert advice on how to deal with such a sensitive structure. Our builder required steel splicing details to avoid using a crane and block our tiny road so we got the design done by structures made easy to make sure the steels remain safe and it was all detailed and calculated and approved by building control.

Our roof was sagging and the chimney breast was not properly supported which all was highlighted in the building report of the perspective buyer, we decided to go with SME to do their investigations and recommendations on the roof support and chimney support. The drawings and calculations package came in and the builder quoted to do the remedial works from that. All the issues are resolved and now we are ready to sell our house.
