We are so thankful that we found Studio Architecture, we recently completed an extension and would have been nowhere without Petros. From the outset he was incredibly helpful, going above and beyond. I had no knowledge of how planning etc. worked and peppered him with questions throughout and he patiently helped us through well in excess of what was reasonably his responsibility. I have and will continue to tell anyone who asks me for recommendations that they won’t be making a mistake to engage Petros.

Petros was one of four architects I had invited to help me with drawing up some plans for my home refurbishment, his calm but confident nature assured me that he would be the correct person to translate my vision from idea to a workable blueprint, and now while sitting in my beautiful open plan kitchen dinning area, i am glad that i made the right decision in trusting him. Studio Architecture undertook an initial survey and quickly helped us realise the potential we had in our property. They took the project from our initial ideas into a permitted development planning application which was a lot bigger than we had thought possible. We also got the team to do our working drawings which has helped us actually get the extension we wanted rather than the one the builders wanted to build. We found the Architect very good at communication and our builder was also happy with the detail drawings and how quickly Studio Architecture responded to queries. We also got our engineer via a recommendation from the Architect which worked well. Would highly recommend.

Petros helped us with our property in Tooting, which required two submissions to Wandsworth council for planning,. Petros took the time to understand how we wanted the property o be at the end of the job, and then worked his best to make our unrealistic expectations more realistic. Initially (due to an error at Wandsworth council) our planning was rejected, but Petros managed to get that sorted within a day. Petros had the full range of knowledge to think about things we had no idea about (Thames Water buildover agreement, party wall considerations etc). which was a massive help. Once works commenced, he visited the site and was happy to work with our builders and take questions they had (they also commented his drawings were the best he had used). Petros was also able to help with finishing touches and has some great industry contacts (he helped us find a company who sorted our sliding doors at a much lower costs than we expected!) I couldn't recommend Studio Architecture enough

Petros did an amazing job on our complex kitchen extension job. Took control of the planning and building control process, produced all the planning and engineering plans and planning was granted (by Richmond LB) 2 weeks early (almost unprecedented for a planning authority)! Petros was extremely responsive and proactive, offered some innovative solutions and suggestions, represented great value compared with the other architects we spoke to, and he’s a really nice guy to boot! I wholeheartedly recommend Studio and Petros and will definitely use him again for our next project.

I could not recommend Studio Architecture highly enough. At the outset of the project Petros undertook a site visit and came up with some great ideas, allowing us to get an extra bedroom which we didn’t believe would be possible. Petros then produced excellent drawings, revised to take on board our comments and ultimately saw the planning application through to successful approval with our LBC, despite their initial reservations. From there Petros produced excellent and very detailed technical drawings and also organised with our structural engineers. The feedback on the construction drawings from contractors and our surveyor have been excellent. Petros was also very proactive in appointing building control and completing Thames water build over agreements. Overall Petros has been highly professional, very quick and responsive and very fair and resealable in terms of cost. We’re hoping to start the project (fairly large double story side and rear extension) in the next few weeks and I feel a lot more confident about the build knowing Petros will be involved. A fantastic company with great local planning knowledge, attention to detail and friendly. Petros helped us design, apply for planning permission for our loft conversion and wrap around extension for the house, then provided after support. He was able to include some great spaces and make good use of light.

Great company would recommend. Used them for my garage to office conversion and they have done a great job in guiding me through all building considerations and necessary planning application. They even helped me find a suitable builder.
