Having been recommend to us by a friend Mahdi has provided much comfort and stability throughout our project. He has been there to advise at every stage and the reassurance he has provided throughout the whole process has been priceless, he manages to take the stress out of the project and made the complete process enjoyable during a stressful period. Helping us identify what we could achieve with his drawings and 3D models and providing clarity to sometimes difficult to imagine spaces. Mahdi, the director at Studio Jayga Architects, has an innate ability in understanding our specific needs and what we wanted from extending our kitchen and converting the loft room. Our place is a small two up and two down house, and combined with modern living needs, storage is a massive issue. Mahdi not only helped drafting the extension plans, but provided practical guidance of possible solutions we can adopt to resolve space issues. Mahdi has a wealth of knowledge and experience, which helped us think outside the box. Highly recommend - very professional and competitively priced.

We have employed Studio Jayga for a number of residential projects following the successful purchase of our first home years ago. As a jewellery designer, I have particular attention to detail and I am so pleased to see this taken through into our homes. The support and guidance from Mahdi, the director of Studio Jayga, made everything worth doing and have continued to work on subsequent projects together. He always proposes a range of exciting ideas and assists us to make the right decisions to suit our aspirations and budget. Site visits were made at regular intervals and always on hand if there was an issue.

I cannot recommend Studio Jayga Architects enough for assisting us in designing our kitchen extension. Initially we were very confused as how to best utilise the current and new space but Mahdi was on hand to draw up various different options and floorplans for us which really helped us clearly visualise the space. The drawings themselves were of excellent quality with great detail which ultimately helped us in reaching the right decision. He went the extra mile in guiding us in areas that proved to be challenging from planning applications with the local council to structural plans with the engineer. It was a seamless service from start to finish and made us really appreciate the hard work and effort that he put in. Additionally Mahdi was always on hand to answer any questions as the build progressed and clearly explained away any jargon to ensure we had a clear understanding of what was required. We are currently using his services for our loft conversion and have no doubt he will deliver an excellent service yet again.
