A. C.I used TrueKiffin to help with the re-design of our flat including a loft extension. I was really happy with the work by Andrew and his team. It was my first time refurbishing a flat and he came up with some good idea for our place. He also helped with our planning permissions which went smoothly.
l. c.I was reluctant to use an architect for the refurbishment of my flat. I thought that it would simply be an additional cost. I am so glad that my friend recommended that I talk to TrueKiffin. The architect there had ideas on how to make the most of my space which I would never have thought of. I found all the staff that I came into contact with when going through the complexities of planning and getting the leaseholder permission, were courteous, communicative, and they explained things to me in a way I could understand. I have no experience of renovating property to this extent, so I was nervous about it all. The work is now finished, and my flat feels much bigger even though no extra space has been added to it. He told me that my flat would be worth much more than the cost of the work, and he was right. I would recommend this firm.
M. G.We undertook a full flat refurbishment and loft conversion of our home in Queens Park. We engaged the combined team of TrueKiffen and True Associates to guide us through the process, with Andrew Kiffen providing the architectural oversight and Harry True acting as our Project Manager for the build that followed. It was a winning combination.
Andrew has been designing conversions in the Queens Park area for years, and presented a number of different options for us to choose from. He got us the designs and requisite planning permissions on schedule, and was flexible as we made minor adjustments. If you are looking for someone with excellent local knowledge and experience, I would recommend him.
