Alex was excellent throughout, very professional, great communication and a pleasure to deal with. Work was completed very quickly and he was very accommodating making changes further down the line to the drawings which helped achieve planning permission. Highly recommended

We had several architects look at our designs, but as soon as we met Alex, we knew he was the right person for the job. He is so easy to get on with and understood our ideas and vibe. He was so accessible and got back to us immediately whenever we had a query. We were very impressed with 3D walk through app that really helped us visualise our plans. Alex went over and above what was expected of him, which resulted in our plans being passed after much opposition. We would definitely use Alex again and we highly recommend him. We recently engaged Alex to prepare and submit plans for a first floor extension. We are in the trade and have used many architects over the last 40 years. Never have we known anyone go beyond the minimum effort required to get the job done. Alex was different from the get go. He was professional, timely, businesslike and very efficient - everything that you'd expect, plus a whole lot more. Alex offers the personal touch. He is respectful of both people and property. He is interested in and totally engaged in the project from beginning to end. He is always available, honest and fair, has an open mind, is patient, and extremely personable. He made conversations easy, two way, and enjoyable. Doing business with Alex is not hard work! The council were being the council. It looked like we were going to be refused and would have to travel the Appeal Road. Alex managed to save us the time and the cost of such an appeal, purely by thinking outside the box. Alex made such a detailed and insightful submission to the council that they really had no place left to manoeuvre. Our planning application then sailed through without even any amendments - and best of all, no appeal! We would have struggled for months if we had had to go down the appeals route, and it would have cost us a small fortune - with no guarantee of success either. It is refreshing to do business with a man of such integrity, knowledge, and commitment. We wholeheartedly recommend Alex Ördög, and can say with complete confidence that you will not be disappointed. Here is a man that actually can. And does. And more. We have no connection to Alex beyond engaging him, he wasn't known to us prior, we haven't spoken to him since, and we have not been rewarded in any way for this review. Alex, we wish you every success.
