Great environment and brilliant coaches. A variety of classes to cover all areas of mixed martial arts. Whether you're a beginner just looking to learn something new and find a fun new way to exercise or looking to compete, would highly recommend this gym.

Brilliant MMA gym for anyone from beginners, amateurs and professionals it covers all bases of MMA. Welcoming place, amazing coaches and you are treated like part of their family. They provide large number of various classes including kids and adults. Coaches and teammates go above and beyond to support you and help your fitness levels and mental health.

I have been working with the IFS MMA Club as administrator for a number of years and I can honestly say the members and coaches at IFS are amazing. I get to see a lot of what goes on behind the scenes and this is more than just a club, the members and coaches look out for each other and help each other. If IFS can help you in any way shape or form they will and I love this about the gym, I didn’t see this with the last companies I worked for.
