Very friendly reception staff. Gym is small but the layout means it’s quite intimate so you don’t feel like everyone is watching you. You can ask one of the trainers to do a plan for you to start you off. A good mix of people - young and old, fit and not as fit, some with personal trainers and some just doing their own thing. Lovely views over the River Lagan. Car parking can be difficult though and spaces are a bit tight but you can park on the street.

Got my Booster Vaccine Jab Today Great Staff and Nurses - got seen Too Very quickly and sat About 10minutes After my Booster Jab And Away Back To My Cousin's And Aunts House For a Cup of tea and Back Home

We use it most fridays for 5 aside football, decent facilities. Could do with a net right over the out door football area as ive lost count of the amount of balls lost in the nearby river. They also have indoor 5 aside, a small gym, a kids play school on site.. Staff are friendly

I attend the yoga class twice weekly, I love it so much. I have also attended the spin class, kettle bells core training and they are all great, very affordable and the staff and great and friendly.

Cannot recommend this place enough, the things they do for the kids in the area is amazing Fundays and parties plus all the after school clubs I've never seen any where that has so much for the kids and keeps them off the streets Amazing work guys
