D. P.I've been involved with services for approaching ten years now and this is easily and by far the best hostel I've ever been in in my life. I had a room to myself with an en-suite shower room, the food is pretty good and plentiful, and (one of those rarest of all things) the staff guys that work there actually do seem to genuinely care! That's almost unheard of in my experience I'm sad to say.
The only complaint I have is the service charge, which is a little bit steep if you're only on Universal Credit with no PIP or other top-ups. But apart from that I've got nothing bad to say.
