Quite lovely little cafe with hot food and beach accessories. Very friendly service. I live local to here but have not used it much. Would definitely go again.

Very impressed with the level Of care provided to me when I had a fall & needed xrays and ct scans. Doctors and nurses were so attentive and kept me in the know of their plans throughout my Hospitalisation. They were gentle with examinations, explaining what they were doing every step of the way and they were gentle when placing my iv cannula. I was offered a cup of tea During my wait for imaging as well which was amazing. I must also mention the ambulance staff that day who were also very comforting and reassuring during my panic. I was made to feel safe which really helped keep me calm. Both hospital and ambulance were exceptionally clean and tidy. Thank you all for taking care of me.

Parking was difficult as it's a very busy place. Having to queue to pay for parking after was a chore as only one machine was available according to security staff that is a regular occurrence. The hospital staff were very polite and helpful, the canteen/café lacked a bit with choice (may have been due to the time of our visit approx 2pm) but was otherwise ok.

Had a 3 week stay but unfortunately had noro virus outbreak and couldnt be discharged. Nursing staff comprised a lot of overseas people who worked so hard in difficult circumstances to help patients very ill with virus, but without complaint and always there to keep spirits up and keep us clean and comfortable. Great improvement on nursing staff and good move on Trust to keep levels of nursing running smoothly they all spoke good english and made my stay stress free. They wée all cheerful and looked after me well. Measures to control the outbreak of the virus were put in place promptly and restrictions put into place. Sadly visiting was reduced/stopped making my stay a bit isolating but with the car parking costs and shortage of spaces it did save my visitors the problem of negotiating these problems and the cost but does affect the morale of patients not able to have visitors. Perhaps a designated hospital park and ride scheme could be the answer or when building extensions an underground car park? As in london hospitals/hotels. Or also a disinfectant foot walkway as in airports world wide during the foot and mouth outbreak? And a questionnaire as to whether visitors have had any health problems that could be infectious. Cleaning on the wards was thorough and intensive up to and during this outbreak and all measure on control were very prmpt and followed ell.

Poor parking facilities. Not enough to go round. The new payment system sometimes works. So long queues at payment machines.
