The psychologist, the doctor and my care coordinators were so helpful and really set me on the road to recovery. I have only had one relapse and am now have a good job and a good life thanks to these guys. They go our of thier way to make life better and really work with you to see how this can be possible.

Also, a big thank you to the team for attending my ward rounds on Opal Ward last year.
I didn't get to see the fantastic ward RC on the 31st October 2019 because he had hurt his wrist in an accident.
I have left the Opal Ward's RC and all the other doctors, nurses, ward manager and Occupational Therapists a post on the Highgate Mental Health Centre Google page.
This year marks a year since I last used acute NHS mental health services in Camden and Islington.
