S. S.I've just been greated by the reception staff with a kind, big warm smile who asked me about the welfare of my family and if she could sign post me to in house services at the Greenwich carers centre to improve my carers experience. Her colleague had already assisted us taking dad home in a wheelchair assisted vehicle the week before which is challenging as dad has lot of equipment- the service was efficient, prompt and friendly taking us back home. I had an appointment to help me fill in forms from one of the members who staff. The gentlemen was very kind, supportive and generous with his time and knowledge and helped me tremendously- without his support I wouldn't have been able to fill it in ( thanks gary). The restaurant was clean and tidy with a welcoming greeting from the manager who asked about the welfare of my wheelchair bound father and has always been very supportive and kind and helpful. dad is on a puree diet and the kitchen staff have always risen to the occasion to support dad at mealtimes. A very big thankyou to a great team. You are all unsung heroes in Greenwich and I cant thank you all enough for your continued support. shaun
L. M. D.An undiscovered gem. Their bistro serves simple honest food. Don't expect oat milk lattes or gluten free waffles... they do smashing toasted sandwiches, daily pie n mash specials and some lovely homemade desserts. (I'm still working my way through the menu so I can't comment on the rest)
The courtyard is so child friendly - a tortoise enclosure, an aviary and some decent space for my toddler to let off steam.
We love it there.
