I enjoyed the stay in this lovely accommodation. Clean rooms, excellent facilities and services and more and above, inside the hospital premises. The team was very helpful with any issues arising. The doors of the rooms and of the flats are closing with noise which I hope to be addressed in the future

I stayed in this accommodation for 3 months and I can testify that I had a great time. The whole is always kept very clean, they have all basic facilities you need, and services are excellent. Not to forget the wonderful staff at the accommodation office . Amazing team!

Recommended! Excellent balance of comfort and affordability. I stayed in one of the flats at the Isle of Wight Hospital for one year while working at the hospital and I never regretted it! Large sized ensuite rooms, spacious shared living areas(shared between max 4 people including me), free Internet, year round heating etc.. all for a great fixed price. They are very responsive to calls and complaints and there are emergency repair services available at all hours if needed. All in all, amazing savings, excellent facilities and services. Will definitely choose them again if I return to the island.

For hospital accommodation this is the best I have stayed at - the rooms are spacious and ensuite, the kitchen is functional with a good quality TV, there are free laundry facilities (including free weekly exchange of towels and bedding) and good wifi, and a nice view of the surrounding hills from my room! The staff were very helpful and problems I had over the year were promptly addressed.

Thank you for accommodating me for the five months. It's peaceful and quiet. The sovereign team has standards set to reach and maintained. They are professional and unbiased. Easy to approach and are good at keeping their standards of care - good listeners and act promptly to meet their standards. Respect privacy and communicative with their customers For me the standard here at sovereign is five stars. Even during lock down essential services are met because here at sovereign the principle what i have observed they action the standards not speaking the standards. The bed space and comfort with standard of hygiene you wont complain. Easy access to work environment. The study desk is what impressed me most because of my studies and the packing space is enough. Free WiFi connection.- STOP Here! Your groceries has allocated space in the fridge for room number. Sovereign key worker accommodation, You have done your home work. I checked into this residence in January 2020. I had been here before and always found it to be clean, convenient and well run. By the time my contract with St Mary's ended in April, I was trapped in the UK by lockdown regulations. Lesley and Liz managed to extend my accomodation several times until September when I finally got a flight home again. I am grateful to these ladies for their kindness.

I've recently come over from the mainland to work St Marys Hospital and I have been accommodated by Sovereign Housing in one of their accommodation blocks. The staff in the office are efficient, polite and friendly and nothing is ever to much for them. The rooms are clean, tidy and functional which is exactly what I need. Needed emergency accommodation. Despite check in of 2pm and place being full i met Liz who was very kind and they managed to get me a comfortable room in a short time. She was working under pressure but was very kind and helpful. Best service that i can recommend to anyone
