Very welcoming and friendly, always ready with a cuppa and a chat. So many resources, help and advice available to cancer sufferers as well as their families. Lovely relaxing area outside in the small garden with the fountain.

My partner has been having treatment at N.N.U.H seeing multiple teams. Recently visiting the team at the Big C. Jules and ALL the team do a wonderful, and at times, difficult and challenging job! Helping and listening and just supporting. Not all angels have wings! Thanks and God bless!😁👍

Big C Centre in Norwich is a breath of fresh air after you’ve been diagnosed with the Big “C”! The Big C staff are like angels making sure you’re comfortable and have all you need to educate yourself further. Thank you to Lesley for …

This is 'the' place to go to if,like myself you are a cancer patient(my diagnosis is terminal).
Sam Glee is a wonderful woman and lives 'to hug' everyone she sees, and Jules is fantastic with the way he communicates and has many 'life skills' that he is happy to share with you, and Jenny is great as well!
The centre uses volunteers as 'stewards' and they too are extremely skilled with their knowledge of cancer and it's complications as well as it's gains!
Altogether an amazing place to visit!

The volunteers in the centre were brilliant and can't praise them enough

A sanctuary. The staff are so super friendly and helpful. If you want a cup of tea, a quiet moment, a chat...it's excellent. The support they gave us as a family after a member received a cancer diagnosis was great. They never made me feel anything but welcome, even with a child!

A brilliant place to go for anyone who has been diagnosed with Cancer. They give you any advice you need or just want to chill out and have a cup of tea. You can pick up booklets and for any women going through Chemo they have some lovely different types of scarfs which are cheaper than the Internet. They can also help you fill out benefit forms. You also get offered a pampering class and six massages for you and one other and it's all free!
