k. b.My daughter was married at the church next door and chose to have the reception here.
I was expecting "Village hall" but this venue was amazing.
Easily on a par with much more expensive suites. The decor, seating, disco and food was stunning. The bar staff and facilities were first class.
When we couldn't get a taxi for two hours the manager kindly gave us a lift to our hotel (well before closing time) Highly recommended.

Last night I did a 50th Birthday everyone had a entertaining evening with music Video's and the dancing included modern Jive and early on I did a children's section . I always enjoy a good night and last night was a good Party. Thanks to all. Pete.
A. J.Been here on multiple occasions recently, has been a good venue and has many facilities including toilets and a back door for wheelchair access.
K. D.The John Godber centre hosted our wedding reception. We had to delay 3 times due to COVID & they were with us every step of the way. Kim, the events manager was brilliant & always kept us in the loop. The room was light, airy & spacious, laid out to our exact specifications. Nothing was too much trouble & the wedding packages a so reasonably priced compared to other venues. Would highly recommend!
